I have used CKR for mold removal in an estate home and for installing new flooring in my home. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and even replaced a window pane that was broken not knowing if they truly broke it. They were always here during the time frame they mentioned and the owner came to check all of the work and ensure we were satisfied. He was very particular and wanted everything done correctly. Will definitely use them again!

The finished product was sloppy. They didn’t tape off prior to painting. My basement windows, floors AND basement door have paint splatter. They left trash and other debris behind.My BRAND NEW WASHER was scratched- I haven’t even taken the plastic OR styrofoam off of it. The project manager said a piece of dry wall probably hit it.

We had a major flood at our business and Jeremiah and Aaron came the same day to get started on drying it out. Post drying, they worked with us every step of the way to make sure the remodel was taken care of whether they were the ones doing the work or if they subbed it out. They were professional, kind, and on time. If there is ever an issue again, whether for restoration or remodel, we wont go anywhere else.For reference, 15,000 Sq. Ft. of office space - dried out, painted, new ceiling tiles, new flooring, new drywall and baseboard - complete remodel.
