Had my taxes done here for the first time. My preparer was not answering any of my questions or helping me understand what she was doing . If I’m paying so much money to have my taxes done, then I should get some type of response. She didn’t tell me about the promotion they were having if you referred a friend, had to hear it from someone else. Asked about getting an advance and she straight up told me I might not get it, which I did. She didn’t put in the name that was on my social which made them reject my refund and it had to be done again. Been past 21 days and no return.called the office to see if she’s heard of anything or if she could look in the system and tell me what’s going on, she acted like she didn’t want to do it ..telling me to call IRS… Don’t know if it’s laziness but called several times after that and she still acts like she doesn’t want to help or she doesn’t know anything… Other employees are fantastic but this one is a nightmare… I will not be going back to H&R Block… Don’t know what the deal is with this lady but I think it’s time for her to just stay home if she doesn’t know what she’s doing.

Do NOT do your taxes here, I repeat do not. I completed my taxes here for 2019 and 2020; then once I was informed my 2019 taxes were rejected being that it was already filed, asked for a refund for the 2019 year and still haven’t gotten a response back. Nearly TWO weeks ago, then called today to ask a simple questions & the lady quickly shouted “No, I don’t know”, before I can get my damn question out.

Last day of tax season and, I walk in without an appointment ... I was with an agent in less than 10 minutes and, frankly, had a fantastic time just visiting with the staff at this particular location. The positivity and, fine manners of every single person I had a chance to interact with was an utter treat. I am legitimately looking forward to tax season next year; so I have a reason to visit these fine people again. Way to knock customer service out of the park yall. Keep it up.

Got an appointment on the spur of the moment. However the staff was very helpful and courteous. The tax examiner was very competent and made us feel comfortable.
