Absolutely the RUDEST people I’ve ever met, if this wasn’t the only social security office I could go to!!!!!! THEY THINK THEY ALL HAVE POWER!!!!!!!! AWFUL PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

Set up appointment with me by phone, contacted by a supervisor. Very helpful, courteous. We have a great staff at our Danville office! Grateful!

I have found the staff at this office to be super helpful, professional and kind.

After waiting several minutes for an appointment, my number was showing on the monitor but I wasnt called. When there were no other customers, I asked the lady at the window if I could ask her a question. She said to take a number and wait my turn, because thats what we do here. I told her the number is what I have a question about because it shows on the screen as being served. She said to not pay attention to the screen, they will let me know when theyre ready to talk to me. This lady was so rude! I dont know her name, but shes older with short blonde spiked hair. Some people just arent cut out to be working in positions that deal with the public!

Had a few visits to this location, some scheduled, some not. Very courteous, professional, and easy to work with. In all cases, I spent less than 30 minutes waiting for help.

Social Security is trash, these people are so rude, and I dont get my check for December bc I turn 18 at THE END OF THE MONTH. THEY ARE TRASH.
