My case manager likes to be chased and has the nerve to be a religious leader. Why am I chasing you for a job YOU applied for?

They take care of any needs associated to them as in SNAP (ebt) housing, etc very nice people.

Very impersonal. Had to do some paperwork, nothing was posted to let anyone know what to do after finishing the paperwork. Had to ring a bell, wait for someone to come get my paperwork, make a copy and then bring it back, then drop it in a drop box. I only found out that from a lady who was kind enough to share with me that info.

Loved the idea that Social Services is being Covid Safe in seeing the public for assistance. The self explanatory forms are outside. Just follow instructions.

I do not recommend this place to anyone especially dealing with assistance, whoever the receptionist is that handles the cooling/heating is the most rudest person I have ever spoke with. Will never return calls when they do they have a attitude about it. If your not fit for the position your in QUIT! Even got a letter stating I was approved for their services when I called back it was a different story and I was denied? Someone does not know their job it seems.

Always slow. Not very helpful with anything. Have to pretty much do your own research on everything as they dont offer any suggestions.

They will try their best to not really help if you call.

Helps you get assistance. Some social workers are cool and some are not.
