Teresa and I had a nice little pow-wow with 2 large Amazon returns; excellent customer service!

The receiving lady ( Teresa) at front desk was very up beat, pleasant and informationally helpful, helping me understand what I needed to do to use their service for a Comcast return. I left feeling like a valued customer.

Found the UPS drivers in Danville, Il very unprofessional. I know they have a job to do and appreciate that they deliver my goods but they dont have the right to veer into oncoming traffic to get around stop vehicles.By law they are supposed to stop, wait for traffic to pass, then proceed around.

I have no complaints at all. Thanks UPS

The UPS system screwed up a package and changed the address to a random address in my town that is not my own.The Danville location was on top of it and their communication has been fantastic. I was mad but this location has put me at ease.The manager is a pretty awesome dude.

My package was placed on the wrong truck for delivery. An employee delivered my package on his way home so that my package would be delivered that day! Now this is an example of going way beyond was is necessary to service your customers. Way to go UPS - the employee should be commended for his dedication to excellent customer service.Thank you.
