***Land is Infested with rodents*** My trailer is being destroyed by groundhogs I have called 2 time to the office to put out poison or set live traps and they have done nothing their response was I have to expect this because I live in a field. This has not been a field for over 50 years.

The place only wants old people thats in bed by 8 and makes no noise. You might own your trailer but you might as well not cause same rules as if you was renting and apartment and if manager get mad she can have you evicted and unless you have money to move your home at cost of 2,500 to 6,000 she will get your home and resell

I lived there in early2000 and it was not as expensive, I payed 140 lot rent and now its 270 I believe, there was no renting or rent to own, there was no grass growing high enough to roll. In my opinion the new owners are doing a terrible job.

Wonderful staff and community. I love living there and dealing with the employees. Thank each one of you all for making our living experience pleasant and peaceful.
