Ive been loading at this location for over 10 years and they are always welcoming and respectful! At times they get busy, but any delays generally appear to be related to attempting to help drivers that arrive early or late and have HOS issues. Ive never had an extending loading or unloading time if I arrived on time for my appointment. They have standard Covid procedures in place and the signs/instructions are clear. Amy and Hollie at the shipping desk are always very nice and professional. They allow overnight parking and if you arrive before they leave the night before and have an early morning appointment the next day, theyll even tell you what dock to park in to drop your trailer and go to a truck stop.

Awful is a understatement when it comes to this place. If I could rate them zero (0) I definitely would. The lady in shipping needs Jesus! Really, really really bad attitude. Shes in desperate need of some training on how to treat people! Very nasty with drivers. Let me tell you lady, we didnt do it to you, you done it to yourself. Treat other as you would want them to treat you! I wont EVER come hear again. Ill eat the cost and deadhead 500 miles before I come here again!!!! Lord help her.......... and teach her some professionalism while you at it.

Dont come here if you dont have to. They dont have any idea on how to run a company.6 foot potholes in driveway.4 hours to load 7 skids.Appointments dont matter to them.They will run your clock out.No respect for drivers.

Arrived 20 min before my appt and was placed on the dock right away, 3 hours and 56 minutes later I’m finally gone not sure why it takes so long to drive pallets into a trailer you would think that they were getting the stuff from a different state and then loading me. Ridiculous the owners must love wasting money on detention due to there lazy ass incompetent employees.

Got in 7 30 app was at 10 loaded by 8 50am. Fast and nice ppl. I would give 0 star for the drop lot are potholes all over

Entrance on the west side of the building has potholes the size of moon craters not even joking.... keep it in low gear and make sure that lid on your beverage is secure. Be prepared to wait a long time here before you accept a load. 0 Stars

Nice people,, strict appointment times.. no reason for any truck, to be in a dock anywhere for over 2 hours,, I was in dock for 6.5,,,, over 15 trucks waiting on staging area and 8 in docks,,, slowest operation that I have ever been too,, I cant imagine how they keep brokers from black listing them...!

Rude office help and won’t give you time of day before 730am. But on lighter side guy that unloads trucks with bulk material came over and directed me where to unload and got things going without checking in with the office.

I came here 7:00 AM right now 13:45 pm no one touch my trl yet imaging how worest this place we are 5 trucks now here in the dock no one happy some shippers & receiver they dont how hard this job

Big parking alot you can sleep over, but there alot of potholes on entrance . I get loaded under two hours!

This is one of the worst places i have had the misfortune of picking up a load from. It took them 4 hours to get me in a dock then it took them 3.75 hours to get me loaded, then another 2.5 hours to reload me because i was 1,000 lbs over on my drives. And they have been in business for like 60 years. Also when i went to scale my load again on there onsite scale there were employees parked on the scale and i had to ask them to move to an actual parking space of which there were many. So i am out of hours but have done an entire 10 hour break essentially. And i would like to note i was not the only one to have to wait only to be overweight and have to be reloaded. There were several cases throughout my stay. It is sad to see companys like this out here that have been in business for many many years and still are so inefficient, careless, and ignorant. How many people would kill to have the opportunity to own, run, and profit from a company like this that would do such a better job for everyone involved.

I pry myself out of bed every day knowing I have an 8 hour sentence to do. Bulk receiver is a hateful little man, but we make good product.
