Theyre wired service is affected by bad weather like its satellite based, my phone with zero reception is faster and more stable...this is suppose to be fiber optic internet...Id rather go back to Fairport and theyre DSL....we have the most expensive package they offer and it cant handle more then 1 device using it at a time...simply having a ps4 and PC on at the same time grinds the net to a hault no downloads, nothing playing or streaming just the devices being turned on....10/10 do not recommend
Horrible place to do business with. They change the cost of your service whenever they like and give no reason for it. Only reason anyone used them is because they have no other options.
They say they fix stuff. Nope. Same stuff.
When it was Gamewood, billing and tech support were ok to deal with. Since Riverstreet took over its been horrible! We were never sent notification about rates being increased. Normally I dont complain about such nonsense, but when we Finally received the bill from them I called and asked questions. The woman kept putting me on hold, she couldnt tell me anything without asking a supervisor. I asked about upgrades to the tower and their equipment, as it is outdated. Our signal has gotten really bad to the point we changed out our modem and re-wired. I was told, no upgrades or changes at this time! I live in the county and not many options, I feel like we are being taken! No more.
I live in Danville VA 24540 but they said they do not service my area so I am stuck with overpriced comcast or dish which is constantly going out.
Went there to return an unused item.
