This business is one of the best I have dealt with in Danville. The owner Carolyn, bends over backwards to service the customer and always does it with a smile. We were moving out of our place and the date and timing of the cleaning crew we had to change three times. Carolyn took care of it all and the crew did a fantastic job. $289 later they cleaned the floors and the bathroom in a 675sq ft apartment. They didn’t clean the blinds, half cleaned fans and left a spider in a light fixture and baseboards had wall dust on them. When I moved in weeks later, I called because I was told their work was guaranteed. It was past the deadline and I was told I had previously been informed blinds and fans may not get cleaned. They wanted $100 to clean the refrigerator and oven. Also another almost $100 to wipe out cabinets of which there are 8 small ones. So I declined those services. If it had gotten completed I would have just been foolish for spending so much money. Now I’m foolish and have to go behind them and clean the apartment. I paid almost $300 for a bathroom and floors.
