A1 did window repair on a houseboat for me about 4 years ago. When I purchased a different houseboat of course, I wanted to provide A1 with more business. From this point forward it has been very disappointing to say the least. I have been in contact with A1 since last October. In October A1 requested that I send pictures to be able to provide an estimate. I sent the pictures November 9 and I stated since this is a big project I would pay for an estimate if necessary. After repeated attempts to follow up with them, I finally spoke with a manager February 9 of this year. I was told that A1 would not be interested in doing the window repair work and that their schedule wouldnt allow it. Needless to say I was very disappointed and upset that I waited over four months for an answer and to only be told they would not be interested. I felt I was treated poorly and unprofessionally. I hope A1 doesnt treat all of their customers this way....

I had a small crack on my new SUV and went to A-1 at 8am. They opened promptly a little before 8 and got the customers registered. The young lady behind the counter was very courteous and polite. Oh and did I mention professional. The service was was excellent. They took my vehicle to the back and handed me the keys 39 minutes later. Thats what I call getting the job done! I work 12 hour nights so I like to handle my business first thing in the morning so that I can get some sleep. When I receive good professional service like this it makes my day go a whole lot better. I was in and out with the quickness! I highly recommend A-1 for all your glass needs. Whether its tinting our replacement, the good folks at A-1 are true experts at what they do. They realize your time is valuable and work to get you on your way as soon as possible. I like good service. The people at A-1 wont disappoint.

Wow! A1 treated me like a VIP! I brought in a window that had been shattered, and I thought thered be now way to replace the glass due to the aluminum glazing system used for this window. The A1 glass technician removed the aluminum glazing, replaced the glass with a stronger 1/8 SSB, and went back with a caulk glazing that was color matched to the window frame. I didnt expect to get this repair done for under $100, but I was on my way $27 dollars later. And it was done within an hour. I owe this team a huge thank you for helping me on this project, and the owner of the building the window went into couldnt be happier. Thank you A1 team!!!

A1 (Danville, Virginia) just installed window film on the south-facing windows of my home in Clarksville. The film actually works! I can already feel a significant difference in terms of the heat blocking, which was my primary concern. This film is going to drastically reduce my air conditioning cost/electric bill. Nobody would ever know the windows have film on them, and my lake view is not obscured at all. The film is flawlessly installed, and I am very picky. The installer, Preston, is a master technician! The windows have no bubbles, no puckers, no smudges--a perfect installation. Furthermore, Preston took time to explain to me how the film works and the differences in the various films. The price was fair, and I will get it all back in lower electric bills.

Very fast, professional, and affordable.Competitors wanted to charge me nearly $500.00 for a replacement windshield, A1 got it done for a fraction of the cost. Very fast, and prompt, called Monday, they could have had it next day. Very fast and friendly. I highly Recommend.

OUR LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENT CONTACTED THIS COMPANY ABOUT INSTALLING THE DRIVERS DOOR WINDOW AND THEY SAID THEY COULD DO IT. WHEN WE WENT TO PICK THE FIRETRUCK UP AFTER THE REPAIR IT BROKE BEFORE IT EVEN LEFT THE PARKING LOT. THEY INSTALLED ANOTHER GLASS AND IT AGAIN BROKE WITH IN 2 DAYS AFTER THAT INSTALLATION. WE HAD TO PAY OVER $700.00 FOR THIS REPAIR. THEN THEY TOLD US IT TOOK A SPECIAL TYPE OF GLASS TO FIX IT BUT WERE USING THE TYPE THAT BROKE KNOWING IT WOULDNT WORK. THIS COMPANY DID NOTHING TO TRY TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM AND OUR FIRE DEPARTMENT IS OUT OF $700.00 AND STILL HAS A BROKEN GLASS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I needed new windshield quick and cheap thats what I got the work was quality and in a timely manner I called at closing time on Friday and they still got what I needed by early Saturday HIGHLY RECOMMEND
