My boyfriend has been screwed around by this branch multiple times now. This time they told him he met the qualifications and they were working hard to place him. He is currently working in Champaign, but has been looking for a job closer to home with hopefully better hours and pay. They asked if he would be willing to quit his current job on the spot (praise God he hadnt yet!) for them. He said yes, which he would have had he been placed. Today they tell him that they simply arent interested in hiring him. Wow! As I said this isnt the first time this company has lied and screwed him over. The last time was 2 years ago, under a different name when they pulled him from a job they placed him in, promised they had something better to offer. After a month of back and forth on the phone, and countless excuses they made, they finally said they couldnt help him and gave no explanation.So after 2 years, and a name change for the company he figured he would see if things were different. They told him last time they couldnt help due to lack of experience, but he had enough now. But this company hasnt changed at all.Dont waste your time with them. They must find pleasure and humor in screwing hard working people, trying to provide for their families around. Resource MFG is garbage, just like they were under Employment Plus.

I was assigned at kik. One day my badge stopped working and was told at the gate, I could not enter for work without getting ahold of resource. The security officers as well as myself called and it said the number was no longer in service. I then went to the office the next morning and the doors were locked and the number on the door was unavailable as well. I attempted several more times to call and go to the local branch, as well as call their bosses on the 800 number provided and they called the branch multiple times while I was on the line and even he couldnt get thru. I ended up losing my job. I would not recommend to anyone.

I can say the girl that hired me was understanding up until I was assigned at kik and one of there unprofessional managers really disrespected me by hollering in my face blocking me from leaving all because I walked away and not give her my name to avoid conflict and instead of fighting for your job like the resourcemfg supervisor say she claims to do does not she sides right away with those unprofessional kik managers i wouldnt recommend working for either company unless u want to be disrespected and talk to like a child.

When i started working for the company it was employment plus..i was hired and started right away assigned to KIK .. I worked in the office, which i am extremely gratefull. I worked as a temp for almost 2years, worked everyday that i was supposed to when scheduled, i then went thru some life changing ordeals .. and the branch wrote me up for being late and missing work when i did .. which was acceptable .. and they instructed me that i would be terminated if i was even late once. For about 2 months i got to work everyday on time which was a struggle because when my better half left so did the vehicles. one day after depending on rides so much my ride was late and so was i by minutes.. i then got a phonecall from the branch manager Mrs Gooch and she began to talk to me like a child and i did tell her to stop talking to me that way. but she didnt .. very unprofessional this lady is .. and since my recent application for unemployment has been denied ... the excuse that was given by the agency is totally not the case and has nothing to do with anything ..

If im to give an honest review id first state the resourcemfg in danville would get a half star only because of the false smile i recieved from a staff member/ms.gooch/who didnt have the professionalism to look me in the face to say she couldnt help with employment because yes i do have a criminal background but i am trying to be a productive member of society.its sad when people like this company deny you by e-mail before your car has left the parking lot /but the receptionist does deserve a raise for being a pro at her job...my name is ken thrasher and yes im a convicted felon and we need jobs to
