I had a truck come in at 7:30am before they opened and Ryan the mechanic I spoke to on the phone was on it and had a new alternator installed and had my truck back on the road by 9:30 am!! The front office people were great to speak with, the cost was very affordable. Very professional nice people. Highly Recommend!!!

Had an air leak and truck was kind of sluggish to start. I thought i had bad batteries. Mechanic did a load test on batteries and said they were fine, just needed some cleaning around terminals. Could have told me that i needed 4 new batteries, i would have never known the difference, but was honest. Replaced brake chamber and i was out of there in less than 2 hours! Very reasonably priced! Im an over the road truck driver. Needed a new alternator. They got me in and out in less than 2 hours. New alternator and labor was less than just buying the alternator from freightliner. Great people and great service.

Wish I could give zero stars. Towed my car one time for being in an unpermitted location. I arrived less than 30 minutes after the tow and they changed me an overnight fee in addition to the tow. Really? Thirsty money hungry predators working with the Town so please people park accordingly or they will hit you in the pocket

Somehow my Jeep locked with the fab in it, and my Corgi. Even though they were busy and had a hour and a half wait, they sent one employees to help me right away, excellent caring customer service!! So friendly and helpful.

All of the people here are polite, nice and helpful. They made a horrible experience a little bit better. I hope to not go through this again but if something does ever happen, I want them to be the ones I have to deal with.

I called roadside assistance before 1 pm for a tow less than 2 miles in town. It was scheduled to be delivered in two and a half hours, which.is.much longer than I should have taken, but 3 hours later they werent even on site. It took 3 and a half hours from my call for the vehicle to even be located and almost 4 hours from my call for the final delivery...an hour and a half later than the already generous 2.5 hours projected. There was no notification from the company to roadside assistance nor to me about their delays; I had to call to find out about them. I gave a second star instead of one because they at least got it there right before the shop closed for.the weekend, but barely. The insurance company agreed that this was unacceptable. I will raise it to 3 stars if someone will at least tell me that they are sorry and will try to do better I forming the customer of delays in the future. Unlike previous posts,, this cannot be blamed on me.

If you need roadside assistance, call them!!! We were on our way camping when our camper trailer tire blew. Our jack to our Tahoe was too big to remove the trailer tire and replace with our spare. We were stuck on the side of the freeway not knowing which exit we were near. It was late at night. We first called our insurance which (of course) did not extend coverage to the trailer tire - but they called people in our area for quotes. The best they could find was Carnaghi Towing which wanted to charge us $165. We didn’t need a tow, didn’t need a new tire, just the tool to change it!I then called Coffman’s towing who said it would be $85. Ryan said he’d be to us in 20-25 mins. He showed up in nine (yes NINE) minutes!!! He then said he thought we were further away so reduced our price to $65. He changed our tire for us and noticed the spare was low on air so followed us to the nearest gas station and made sure we knew where the air pump was then left. Well, the air pump wasn’t working and we were afraid to drive on it so he actually made a trip back after another call to fill up our tire with his air compressor!He saved us last weekend, was quick, and charged a FAIR price, plus went over and above to make sure we were safe. Thank you, Ryan!!

Welds holding the RV jack hydraulics failed while on 74 west. We called Coffmans and 45 minutes later, Eric welded it back in place, better than new.

Owner pulled the car around and locked it with it running. He then instantly got defensive when we suggested that he should unlock it for us. Luckily she had a spare key at home. They will NEVER get any of my money willingly....

My emergency roadside towing service gave them my information since I was in dire need of a tow. They ended up not showing up at all, reported they called me twice and left voicemails. Neither of those happened.
