I needed to have a package boxed and shipped to Texas. The woman there was helpful, making sure it was packed so the item wouldnt get broken. She gave me options on who was cheaper to use and the delivery times for each. I would recommend this location for your shipping needs.

I stop by this location to drop off packages at least 3-4 times a week. My experience has been pleasant every time. I drop my packages off and get a receipt immediately. My packages always ship out and arrive the next day after dropping everything off.

The clerk here was excruciatingly slow. While I waited 2 people left. She also rudely told me I was never to come back with my service dog. I will never visit this business again.

Service was awful. Lady with purple glasses was very rude and disrespectful. First time in store and trying to mail off a package. Instead of explaining to me what I needed to properly do she insulted me, telling me that it was my responsibility as a consumer, to know what Im doing. I explained to her that I had instructions on how to go about what I was doing and that I had a label inside of the taped package and then she literally told me to open it as if I had an object on me, personally, to cut through tape for the package! Then proceeded to insult me in every way possible instead of telling me that s he could not assist me. I left in tears. Ill never go back.

Convenient friendly service

Stopped by to ship via FedEx while I was on town. Very rude woman behind the desk. I asked the question, are yall able to print FedEx labels are is this just a drop off location for pre-labled packages? She answered the question by asking three separate questions instead of just answering my question.From there I asked to let me know the shipping price of 1 of my 4 packages so I can judge whether its in my best interest to ship here or not. She scoffed. (They were 3 times more expensive then just dropping it off at FedEx).While typing in the addresses, she just squinted her eyes trying to read the addresses, and when I tried to read it out for her she got even more of an attitude.Will never, ever stop here again. Very rude lady behind the counter and not worth the 3x more expensive route to ship even if it is convenient.

This store dont print UPS Label only accept drop off. Tried calling a head bu t no voicemail, wasted time.

The absolute worst customer service Ive ever received in my entire life, called to see why my package wasnt delivered as expected & was hung up on. When I went into the location and asked for an explanation & corporate contact info she refused & called the police. I was never rude loud or disrespectful but was treat as such I waited on police so that he may possibly get the info from her that I was requesting. Cop was extremely nice & polite . I dont recommend anyone doing any type of business with this establishment, I dont even give 1 star

She will get you on the straight way, haha UPS, is very misleading on returns and she has to tell us. Ups causes problems for the consumer. I had several, several packages to return. I had the return labels on. But it wasnt a bar code label. So, go back home, print the correct one, then no problem. UPS IS MISLEADING.
