Took in my laptop, but they couldnt fix it. Too old and no parts available.

They repaired my charging port perfectly but then tried to have me get a new battery because it suddenly won’t hold a charge anymore. They knew this because they tested it with 2 chargers ( one of which was broke and couldn’t even be plugged in which I noted). I bought a universal charger and it works perfectly. Didn’t appreciate the demeanor of employees.

Terrible service kept my phone 2 days didn’t answer my calls when I called had to come up there just to get my stuff back not fixed with no refund highly would not Reccomend they told me don’t come back like I would want to with that terrible service they never said anything about the phone being bent when I first picked it up I was told everything works they took 2 days to refund my money I wouldn’t recommend at all they don’t hold there self accountable BAD BUSINESS

I have taken 3 phones in to them. I always took them in early in the morning and I got a text that they were ready later that same day.

Ive never been to Danville computer Clinic. I dont even know what they do there is it like a doctors office for computers and stuff? I went ahead and gave it 5 stars because if theres actually a computer doctors office thats got to be freaking awesome its at least worth 5 stars. I just wonder if thats where like computers go if they get an STD or a virus or to get checked if theyve been promiscuous with other nasty computers. I dont know maybe Ill go check the place out sometime.

I love boost mobile.. Anytime i have a problem i can go in there and all of them workers know what they r talking about.. I have service 95% of the time.. Only few places where there is none.. Most phones they have r great.. They also deal w computers, laptops, tablets.. Cracked screens... Many different things..

Took my iPhone there and they said its fixed and when I left and went back home to try the phone and its isnt working so I called them and the guy up there told me that they are busy and he that the IT never check it if the screen is workin?????
