My favorite local office supply store. They always have excellent customer service and they have such a large variety of different types of pens and other writing instruments. We have always bought our kids school supplies here at the beginning of every school year. This is mainly because they have every kind of notebook, binder, and paper supply you could imagine. If they don’t have it they will order it for you.

I had people jump in line but the two employees that were working in that department were really nice and They ended up helping me out

I was visiting from out of town on business. I had a great customer experience with Kay (with printing services) and Allen. They both helped me find individualized solutions in a very timely and professional way. I was very impressed.

Avoid at all costs! I live out of the area a needed to tend to send what I planned a simple fax. From the moment that I walked in the staff seem as if they are so busy that they cannot greet you mind you it’s 4 people in the entire store! No one was available to assist me when I had questions but as soon as it was time to pay they were popping Out from everywhere. I proceed to utilize the fax machine in which is an outdated 1980s machine that is an overall hot mess. Upon reading the sign they charge $2.89 per page and also charge long distance. I left out paying 69.00 to fax 29 pages to Northern Virginia. Customer service was horrendous and instead of them being friendly and assisting the consumer the cashier is arguing w me what is considered long distance. If I could give this establishment if that’s what you want to call it a zero then I would. Danville should really look into bringing a Staples in the area where you aren’t being ripped off because they can. You’ve been warned!

The woman at the photo center was so rude and not helpful at all. The printing quality was low—color print was not vibrant at all, which is why I’m paying extra for color.

I went to Office Max on a whim to look for return address labels. Who knew Id end up finding the perfect wedding invitations (even though I had already ordered from another online company)?! I received such wonderful assistance from Troy and Emily at the Danville 6454 store that I went back three times in a week, whereas previously I had never been inside this store. And now Im ordering little things from Office Max online, rather than my typical Target/Walmart run. I work for a company that preaches customer service all day everyday, so Ive raised my bar for customer service expectations at other retailers. Troy and Emily exceeded my expectations. Bravo, guys!

Friendly and helpful staff. Had what I was looking for. However, the bathroom is horrible. Dirty isnt even close. I felt like I was in a 40 year old garage bathroom. Afraid to touch anything.

I was disappointed because I lost money from my rewards balance not knowing there was an expiration date. I was not offered a new card with instructions or policy.
