Great place employees are really smart and know a lot and I really love the flooring in my house, great selection of floors.

I bought 2 (10x11) bound carpets that were done very well and are beautiful. Apparently the pads were done by another person. Not being ready to be picked up with the carpet, the pads (2 for each carpet) were quickly cut. They were not straight and the sizes were wrong. When we called, they told us to trim the pads ourselves. I dont understand the managers refusal to help us or even talk to us.
