I went to use this auto car wash for the first time, and I swiped my debit card and followed the TAPED ON directions due to not having exact change in cash. I would have just left after realizing the condition of the money machine but there was a car behind me and it was not possible to back up easily without causing a big deal. Well as I said I swipe my card and followed the directions and the machine never pulled me into the wash (i pulled up and put my car in neutral like it states) I literally sat there like 5 mins, nothing. So I had to back up pretty much on the car behind me, I got out and told her what happened since she was probably wondering why I’m trying to get out of the line and almost hit her car. Not to mention about busted my tire going backwards off those tracks, they were just locked, never moved. Then I get a charge on my debit card for the car wash I never got!! It’s a RIP OFF!

Ive gathered up several names of people who have used this car wash.The drive-thru car wash always takes your money but never washes your car.The little building that looks like an office is just a locked dark dirty looking room.If you have a problem no one ever answers the phone.

Worst waste of quarters in Danville. Put my quarters in the machine. No soap came out and the pressure was about as strong as a garden hose with your thumb over the end. DONT GO HERE.

Wash stopped Halfway through and there was still suds on my car and soap the owner takes no pride in making this place updates other car washes around can but this place cant its a dump there sure there to collect our money but fix the dump when I called no answer

Had trouble with the machine at the car wash to get it to wash my vehicle.. it needs a new machine.

This car wash was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The machine is broken and duct taped together. The audio barely works. The wash itself is very poor quality. It has no brushes or scrubs and just barely sprays water. It will leave your car soapy.You would be better off with a garden hose.

Very bad car wash! Danville needs some ones that actually get the job done.The speaker barely worked I couldnt tell what was going on. When I was finally able to get the thing started it barely done anything. My car looks basically the same as it went in but only wet now.Not only was the was bad but the appearance of the place was awful too. Definitely needs to be taken down and built back up. Maybe even new owners?

Purchased the best option available at the AUTOMATIC DRIVE THUR bay and left lots of spots on glass and side of car .. and the back didnt looked touched .. still had fingerprints on trunk actually. Full disclosure .. black exterior and traveled 1500 miles

I pulled in and someone yelled something at me from across the place and I looked and there were two men looking at me and they didn’t say anything. I went on about my business cleaning my car and was approached by one of the men who claimed to be the owner and said that I was the one who kept putting trash in the trashcans. I had never been there before and at any other car wash to my knowledge that’s what they’re there for. He angrily said that I should be putting it in the dumpster and I just said I’m sorry and left.

This car wash doesnt even deserve a star! CC machine is awful! Tried twice to get the auto wash to work and it didnt! I was charged twice!

Not worth any stars. Car came out dirtier after the auto wash. Don’t use this place until the apparently much needed repairs are done.

Nice car wash with similar prices to others. Vacuums work well and there is a place to get change if needed.

Fix your CC reader and display screen please. The alternating volume is also aggravating. One minute yelling at you the next so quiet I didnt know what it said. Waste of $.

The automatic Washer doesnt work. It asked me to swipe my card multiple times and I wasted 5 dollars, if it didnt charge the extra swipes. Just go down town, save your money.
