Our workloads are unfeasible, unreasonable and unmanageable. TMT was implemented to help us get a handle on our caseloads instead its created a backlog of work which grows larger on a daily basis. It was meant to be Client Focused. We have clts waiting up to 30-45 minutes to speak to a human being and instead have their calls dropped. We have hundreds of thousands of tasks which cant possibly be handled in a timely manner. Our dept runs on deadlines. If those deadlines are not met our clients lose benefits. TMT has made it almost impossible to meet deadlines and complete our daily assigned tasks. Our employers think were complaining about nothing but Id like them to step into our shoes for 2 months. Id be surprised if theyre not pulling out their hair by the second week and asking for a bottle of xanax by the third. TMT, EZ APP and CalHeers are broken. They dont interface with eachother. They make us duplicate work, (which is NEVER time efficient) and they are not employee nor client friendly. WE DID A BETTER JOB WHEN WE PUT PENCIL TO PAPER AND PROCESSED OUR OWN CASES. Intelegy has taken the HUMAN out of Human Services. Our clts dont get our full attention and there is no customer service when you lose that personal interaction. My clts knew that when they came in, I would fix whatever problem they had if not that day within the week. Now they cross their fingers and pray their call isnt dropped and that the problem can be resolved within the next month. My hats off and heart goes out to my co-workers who battle to dig out of the mess this new system has created.
