*Update - I took my car to Toyota service center with no apt. The gentleman was very helpful and they had me ready within an hour!! Will continue using them.I bought my Honda elsewhere and really wanted to stay loyal to Honda by bringing to our local Honda dealer for ALL service needs. Every time I have attempted to schedule something its always my job to call and remind them of being picked up and all. Isnt that what Im scheduling for?? Also Ive tried dropping it off in the mornings before work and told what time to be there and they could get me to work on time. I was an hour late to work that day. The staff is friendly but Im not impressed at all! Toyota service center rocks and thats where Ill be taking my Honda from now on. If your service center tried to keep customers the way your sales staff tries to sell the Hondas Im sure youd have more business. Ive heard the same from multiple people.
Service, service, service. With two teen drivers we’re always dealing with car issues. Steve Padgett Honda solves them all — great deal on a new car, super reliable used car, even got us in to fix a fender bender on the same day. Can’t say enough good things about Precision Collision and the whole service department. They really care about doing a good job. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Trade in value and new car price as stated three days earlier. Paperwork was ready with little wait time. Car was prepared and ready to go. My wife was ecstatic with her new Pilot. Great experience. Definitely a return customer and will bring my kids for their first car.

They dont make it clear when you purchase extended warranty on a used car....pay 2500. For extended warranty and they say all is covered but the seat belts...what crooks...dont believe what they say

I bought my CRV in August 2017. About2 weeks ago I came out of Wal-Mart to find a crack in my windshield. I called Steve Padgett Honda to get information about getting it replaced. I was scheduled for Wednesday, 2 days after the incident. I then called to change my appointment time to Friday 03/16/2018 at 1530. I also asked questions regarding the price. I was quoted a price of $200.00. I arrived on that afternoon thinking that everything was in place to replace my windshield. I found out that the service person day the appointment time wrong, quoted the wrong price, gave me the wrong information regarding the windshield, had not set it up to be done. And told me that I would have to rent a car while mine was being fixed. I had driven from work in Eden, N. C. to get this done. Then after watching two(2) service people walk back and fourth from my car to the desk for possibly 20 minutes, I was asked what windshield I wanted, I told them, like the one in the car now. Then a few minutes later I was told that that windshield would cost $780.00, or I could get the After Market Windshield. I reminded them of the quote of $200.00 that I was given over the phone. So I got the run around about that. So then the lady from A1 Glass came and chimed in on the debate and told me they couldnt do it today anyway because they didnt have the glass and would need to reschedule. I was so very pist, and I told them I would have to find someone to work in my place and then call to set it up. So the gentleman apologized and said he would compensate me for my trouble. Needless to say that didnt happen. So I then rescheduled for Friday, 03/23/2018 at 0930. Well, when I arrived they were prompt at getting right on it and the service lady kept telling me that she would see about working something out for a loner/ rental and it would be a few minutes. After one (1) hour I went to check and see when my vehicle was picked up and she 10 minutes after I arrived, and again the broken promise of I going to get right on that car. So, another30-40 minutes later here comes the lady who was putting in the windshield to tell me that there was a problem, something was off and the windshield would not fit. She then asked them to give me a loner because she had to reorder the windshield and it was coming out of Roanoke and would not be there until noon. So then I went to talk with the service manager regarding the loner. She apologized and was given more broken promises. We are going to make sure we do everything possible to make sure that you are satisfied. That didnt happen, because if had left happy I wouldnt be writing this complaint. I will say that I would not have gotten the loner if it hadnt been a problem. And by the way, I had to take off work today to get this done because of them (Steve Padgett Honda) dropping the ball in last Friday. I can honestly say that I love my CRV, but regret where I purchased it. This has been a royal nightmare. Sincerely, Concetta H. Brown
