My car had to be taken here because someone backed into my car. Joe Hudson got my car back to normal and was so responsive and kind to me. They really went above and beyond to make things easier for me. I highly recommend them!

I have taken 2 cars there and they have added stuff to estimate that did not need to be fixed and so insurance would not fix either car and totaled them. I feel as if they saw insurance claim and thought oh yeah 💰 💰!!! So I now have to buy yet another car because all that needed to be fixed was headlight and fender. Yes I do blame the estimate being ridiculous amount. I would not refer anyone to them and they should not be allowed to do that.

They are wonderful people friendly staff and excellent service I didn’t even recognize my car when I picked it up they cleaned it all up and made it look new. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them in the future.

My daughters car was brought in for an estimate after getting into an accident. Not only did it take 3+ weeks to keep taking it apart and removing pieces (like a door handle?), they racked up enough expenses for it to be deemed totaled. So, for no repairs, claims that parts were ordered, it was nearly done, they charged the insurance company over $1000. Be very cautious ... I would not recommend or use them, many lessons learned from dealing with this company.

Stallings Collision Center North has a friendly and professional staff. I had my wifes 2009 Chrysler 300 touring vehicle rear bumper repainted. Stallings did a great job with the repair. The paint job looks near perfect and were really happy with the work completed. One of the friendly staff at Stallings told me you get what you pay for and in this case we truly did. I would recommend Stallings North to anyone needing a great paint job for your vehicle. They kept us up to date on the status of the vehicle from day one and delivered my wifes vehicle on the agreed upon date. Once again great job and keep up the good work.

I took my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in for a repair. The staff there is awesome! Gary who worked up my estimate and Jeri who works the front desk are excellent examples of how customer service should be. The automated updates keep you informed without interrupting your work day!

The quality of work has dropped since it was bought out by John Hudson, s. We will no longer uses this body shop for repairs. They done a so-so job on my 16 fusion.

I had the pleasure of taking my car to Stallings for repairs due to being rear-ended. Stallings worked hard and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner and provided excellent customer service. I recommend Stallings North for all of you vehicle collision repair needs.

First took my truck there they said it would be 2 weeks before its done. Now a month later we called them early in the week they said it would be ready January 10th called the morning of the 10th and then they say now not till the 16th. This company sucks they are crooks and dont do what they say. I highly do not recomend this company

They do good work, and delivered repairs on schedule. I had an issue with the work, and returned, and it was repaired on the spot, without charge. Nice folks to do business with.

Brought my car in as an insurance claim after hitting a deer, and my 2 week repair time turned into 4 weeks, after multiple delays and an apparant shop accident concerning the fire system I finally received my car back. The work consisted of typical deer hits, front bumper, rad, hood, and both fenders ended up being replaced, along with the power steering and a few other things. The power steering unit and radiator came from lesser trims, which have significantly smaller engines. Not sure if that’ll be an issue further down the line, but for now it’s working just fine, gotta wait till the warmer months come around. Paint ended up looking immaculate all around, worth the rate charged imo. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly courtesious and kept me up to date on much of the work as well.Onto the reasons I’m only giving 2 stars however.Along with the delays, which I understand can’t be helped sometimes, there were numerous issues and even some slight damage to my passenger window. I checked the work report that detailed what they did and my passenger door had to be removed at some point, which is not a big deal but the cubby lights for the inside of the door no longer work, as well as multiple scratches to my window that seem to go through the tint on it. Once I got my car home I find the trunk not working, which is a common wiring problem but wanted to check fuses. Found my owners manual missing however.The thing that bothers me the most however is that my plastic engine cover is now broken, which in no way could’ve been caused by the deer. Even if it had, I would imagine I would have been informed of it and have it replaced while work was being done.All in all, for paint services I would recommend them easily but for the actual body work I’m pretty disappointed that there was a handful of mistakes that were not addressed.

They overcharged me for the repairs and did a fair job. They missed a spot on the paint job and had to redo it over. They held my car for 30 days they gave it back to me filthy inside and out. They didnt finish buffing out the compound. I had to wait an hour for them to complete the job. Then once I drove off the radio, navigation and the windows started malfunctioning. This was the worst experience ever never again.
