THE WORST customer service EVER!10 hours from home! My husband hit a deer last night, was directed to go to this dealership, he called to inform them he was there & the situation. He slept in the car & then was cast aside all morning until 11:30 when they finally took our Jeep into the bay. Then was told it was a cracked radiator but they couldnt fit him in for another week or more. HES 10 HOURS from home!!! Was billed $107 for the visual confirmation & sent on his way. Totally Inappropriate to leave someone stranded like that. How do you sleep at night? I do NOT recommend this company to ANYONE!
