Cochran Insurance has a wide variety of options with the insurance they provide. They are polite and always professional. They are always reminding me and others to always call at renewal and ask about different prices because it could be cheaper with other companies. They don’t just care about the money but about the client. I have been in there many times and have heard Kim Stallings say to people “I could not find it cheaper for you so it is probably best to stay where you are at but check back at renewal and I will see what I can do.” They are wonderful people and so helpful.
These folks treat you like family!They help you over the phone without having to come in unless necessary, thank goodness!I recommend Cochran to everyone that asks.

This place only cares about what they can squeeze out of you. No customer service and no regard for anyone besides themselves. Avoid this place at all costs!
I meant to change agents years ago and finally called my insurance for another agent in my area. I cannot be this frustrated each call and shouldnt dread it so much when i need to call.Everytime i call we do this dance. Hi, my name is Tonia F....F as in Frank. I need..... now today we spent the first 2 minutes convincing the woman i was in fact a client. She hadnt looked me up. She just didnt remember my name. I spelled it for her, used names for each letter. I told her i was calling for home coverage because we were doing a refi. So now we spent about 4 minutes on my name. Finally, she asked why i called.So she ignored how i said i was doing a refi and...so i said it again. She said, oh, auto? I lost it. So i said why would i need the declaration page for a refinance on my house if im doing auto? So she asked me my email. I gave it again a word for each letter. She said she got lost on the T. I said the 1st or last t, it was my name. I apologized to her, i explained we now were on the phone for 12 minutes. I am out of major surgery 4 days. I dont have a lot of patience and in 12 minutes she still doesnt know what i need, my name, or my email. Yep. But this is an every time thing. We dont call all the time. But this, i cant do it anymore. I just cant. Imagine what we went through went i got married 2 years ago. Dear god!Ok so i asked Ray Cochran to look into other carriers, i asked before and he never got back to me. My homeowners went up a bunch, unacceptable. So to date, now have 2 other agents that ran me with several other companies and gotten back to me when he had all my information and once again has not contacted me?! Please dont waste your time here!
