I have had only 1 experience w/ this agency. They were NOT very anxious to help one of our mutual customers who was in the process of buying a car (Im the NC Licensed Sales Consultant for a National Brand). We needed proof of insurance and the 800# for the the insurance underwriter for whom they broker was closed. REALLY! . Then we called the customers agent. Its Sat, we closed at 2:00. Theres nothing I can do until Mon. You should have started earlier. Benefit of the doubt; maybe they told the customer to start early, but its not what you have to say but how you say it. Very short w/ me and the customer, very put-out that we interrupted her weekend. Thats how I felt. NOT good customer service.

Worst insurance service ive ever gotten and not even my policy im just the salesman trying to help out the customer.. She stated well the customer shouldnt have open a non owner policy if he was buying a car...……... hope nobody gets in her way while she leaving she gone busted your head with the door..
