Staff was very helpful.Update: We ended up bringing our tractor in to get a couple of issues fixed. When we got it back home, we found an issue w/a replaced part not working. We took our tractor back & had to leave it again. They were great. They ordered another part & made it right. They also delivered our tractor at no charge.

They were friendly and helpful. I got in, ordered my parts, and was out of there in about 10 minutes.

After making several calls to the service department, I couldnt get my tractor in for an issue that needed to be fixed. Nobody cares about service here. Wont be using Boone Tractor for anything on my farm going forward. These people are not interested in custom service

I purchased a used Ford 555D backhoe from here on 11-15-18. The buying experience was pleasant until the delivery about one and a half hours away and what I was promised. The backhoe had the doors and cab glass removed, I was told it would be installed and delivered, it was delivered on time minus cab doors and glass.Almost two months later after numerous promises and phone calls Im still waiting on a call back from the manager and my cab doors and glass! Growing tired of excuses and promises at this point, would have gladly picked up and installed myself, if was in the area during business hours but my work prevents that and there are no Saturday hours during this time of year.In conclusion in my opinion Boone tractor will go out if their way to get you your equipment then brush you aside or under the rugUpdate: 1-7-19My cab doors and glass appeared at my house today, one day after my review.

Employees very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Ive had several problems with them having to order parts that I felt they should have been stocking, then they take too long to come in and they want me to pay some shipping on them.
