Never get a person from any line to answer .need to update there computers cant find a thing both times I was there

Poor communication. I spoke to customer service about propane, I arrive and I’m told there’s no propane. If you run out of something, make sure all your employees to avoid customers driving out of their way for no reason.

Who doesnt love BJs? Great prices and selection. I love the roasted chicken you can get for $5 at the deli. So good! The deli guys always give my son a free sample!

Don’t waiste ur time at this location self check is a nightmare it make you wait for assistance but you wait for long time cause the workers there are never around or or they ignore you worst customer service I have ever felt with put it this way it was so bad that this is first time I ever put a review about how bad my experience was

Been going shop here for over 25 yearsStarted at Danvers and now shop at the Revere location. Danvers has the Liquor license and now a gas stationThe only thing Revere had on Danvers location was the gas pumps but now Danvers has that as well

Ive been a member for over 20 years, shopping mostly at the Danvers, MA club. At first it was great, has steadily declined over the last 5 years but this year took an all time low with selling single cans of much sought after Lysol Spray (that usually come in packages of 4 at both BJs AND COSTCO) for a price gouging $5.37 a can. When sold in the 4 pack, would be no higher than $16.49. Their coupon book even shows 4 packs of large Lysol Spray, yet they chose to price gouge by breaking up the 4 packs. Totally unacceptable and low life. Also, doing away with lots of brand named products for their own Wellesley Farms Brand, which is inferior on most items.

Self check out is the worst. Please dont shop at places that have majority self check out. Also I didnt sign up for a wholesale club to clip/electronically clip coupons. Totaly weak. Trying Cosco next. Hope they have cashiers and no coupons! If they do then I guess ill help Amazon put them out of business.

Typically like to shop here. The variety is pretty decent even during the pandemic. Visited the store yesterday and as we were leaving the woman checking receipts gave me and my boyfriend an attitude. We had to wait in the one register open with a person attending to it, then the woman checking the receipt tried to say we didnt buy our bubba burgers in our cart, she couldnt find them on our receipt. I looked quickly at it and with all the abbreviations I couldnt find them either but I know they got paid for. She finally let us go with an attitude still. Found them on the receipt when I got to the car. I can understand if we paid in the line where you scan your own groceries, but we waited for awhile for an actual person to ring us up. We didnt deserve the receipt police and now my boyfriend doesnt want to return to your establishment. You should really start thinking about how you treat your patrons that spend hundreds of dollars every time they shop in your store.

Bad customer service ever..

Every time I go to this location they are out of Toilet Paper. I know supposedly we have an shortage on paper towels, but every time I go in, which is about every two weeks they are out. I even try to call before hand so I do not have to make an unnecessary trip, they do not pick up their phone. Which I feel is disturbing, you are a company, why is it so difficult to pick up a phone. Am I the Only one that feels this way?

Never had a bad experience at this BJ but......the (young white)attendant at the gas station is disrespectful, insulting and condescending. Sometimes people forget who pays their salary - he needs to be firedCostco is right up the street

I was very pleased with all the staff in BJS Tire in Danvers. They all were helpful answered my questions and rotated my tires very quickly and efficiently. Also thank you for Lyn in the main store who checked our receipt.

Thats absolutely fantasticI think they have the best selection of lunch meat and theyre white American cheese is the cheapest around per poundThey also have a very good selection of TVs. Some of this stuff changes with the season from Summer to Winter to fall to spring

The pharmacy closed, the snack bar closed. Bakery Dept workers rude, not friendly, don’t like their jobs therefore I stopped using them.There is no help available in warehouse tiresYou have to get your own tires and push them outside to The the tire center for their men in the tire service center.the big plus is they are rarely busy compared to Costco which is always very busy. I use them for convenience items but save my long list for COSTCO

Curbside pickup is ridiculously complicated. You cannot do it without the app and it is not user friendly. And you cannot call them because they dont answer any of their Phones.

Excellent customer service. Great values on TVs and electronics and a wide selection of bulk foods at low prices.

I have been a BJs member for at least twenty years. I went to the Danvers, Massachusetts store yesterday and the security guard was very rude in telling me that I should take a few steps back and stay outside the covered area of ​​the store. It was quite a large space and he was sitting alone comfortably shouting at people for no reason. Total demonstration of not knowing how to deal with the public. I went to buy Lactaid for my wife and didnt find it. I returned today, Saturday, May 2 at 8:30 am the product was not on the shelf, but in the warehouse. I asked the manager for three gallons and very grudgingly he gave me one. I ordered three and there are no limits for this product. Solution? Break the card and use Costco, I am also a partner and expect better treatment.

Very good prices and good quality products. And fast services. The only negative is some of the workers at the front door. They can be very rude at time when they are verifying your receipt of purchased.

I love their produce! I always get great fresh food from BJs, better than my local grocery store by far!I go to the Danvers location and was getting worried for a bit...seemed like everything was changing to boxed and prepared frozen foods but...I think it must be going through a management change instead(?)(!)I wish I was closer because I’d shop there at least once a week. Their store brand is just as good as any higher priced brand name, often better. I do hope their fish (although frozen) department NEVER goes away. (A fresh fish Dept would be amazing!)Biggest win: their baby Bella mushrooms!Next biggest win: my back stock is comforting, there are so many items I need only every so often so in wintery-months I don’t need as much and can stay warm by my fireplace, so thank you for that!Thank you BJ’s!!!! Tough to compete with Costco, but they try hard. The one thing I dont like about this store is that they carry many of the same items as Costco, but they have the package contain LESS than Costcos same product, and charge around the same for it. You really have to pay extra attention to see what youre buying (10 boxes of tissues vs 12, or 2lbs of chips vs 14oz.). Its a bit deceptive if you ask me. Still, good quality stuff, and same return policy as Costco : if you dont like it, bring it back.

BJs Tires literally destroyed my rims today. Beware if you have low profile tires, like half of cars do these days. Edges of rims are dented/gouged. Like they used a crowbar to get the tires on.

The people at the deli are rude. The guy i had did not change his gloves and when I asked him to he gave me an attitude. If you do not like your job then do not work there.

Only downfall since I havent been to this location in years. There is no Cafe like the other location and they dont have enough staff to do free samples on weekends. They do have an alcohol cage so thats an upside. Staff are friendly and nice.

Awful! Self checkouts that dont work, nobody to assist, I move to a regular line only to be told to go back to the broken self checkout.Refused to check me out. Keypad is literally hanging off the machine by a wire. 15+ minutes trying to check-out with 2 items. No thanks, Ill never be back.

I have been a member of this BJs for years. The only issue that I have with this location is, they have recently removed the snack bar. Judging by what merchandise is now located in that area of the store, it doesnt appear that the snack bar will be returning.

Ive have been a BJs Club member for 5+ years & always great products at good prices! Great store and friendly staff. Their bakery is fantastic for cakes, pastries, bagels, muffins and French bread. They have a huge selection of meats, vegetables, seafood, frozen food (including hors doevres, prepared foods etc), dairy and snacks in addition to aisles for baking ingredients, canned foods, baby items, household goods, gardening, clothing DVDs and books, personal care, PHARMACY + Optical, jewelry, AND electronics! The have a small eatery with pizzas pretzels and soda at the entrance. There is also a liquor section but that closes earlier than the store itself. Its your one-step shop! (Side note: for even larger selection, check out the Revere and Dedham locations).

Went to pick up glasses but the eye glass people keep dofferent hours wasted 40 miles round trip . I assumed if Bjs was open someone would be there in the lenses dep.
