I just purchased four brand new tires for my F150 at town fair tire in Saugus I just want to say I dealt with Mark who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on what type of tires I should buy he made the experience very easy and I’m very satisfied with the purchase I totally recommend them they are great in there

I honestly cant say enough good things about my experience with Chris and his team today. He really went out of his way to help me get my tire fixed, despite the fact that I was a last-minute referral from another TFT branch. Chris was also very forthcoming about what my options were. As someone who is new to owning a car and very clearly doesnt know much about them, it is incredibly refreshing to work with someone so trustworthy. Further, my tire repair was very affordable and the turnaround time was impressive.In short, these guys really came in clutch for me today, and theres no doubt that I will be a repeat customer!

Did not live up to their promises. I recently brought my tires back because they were losing air. I was charged $30 to have them repaired and balanced. When I bought the tires I told it would be free for the life of the tires.

If you have the luxury of taking your time before purchasing tires then you’ll find out Town Fair Tire is grossly overpriced. I was told, the tires I was looking to purchase have been discontinued then I was quoted $1,200 for a set of four tires that are similar. I left because it seemed very expensive and I wanted to fact check the sale person. It turns out the tires I asked about are not discontinued. I bought them online for $603. Do not use them if you can avoid doing so.

Although the guys that work there are super friendly and very anxious to help you and do everything correctly I do not recommend. I purchased a full set of tires recommended for my car by this company. After two years the treads are already wearing and I am a senior citizen I do not drive a lot I’m lucky if I do 14,000 miles a year. I called the company and the company was happy to say that they would let me buy another full set of tires at 57%!! LOL so, I have to buy a full set a tires every two years from these people! I really don’t have the money for that so anyway I called the Better Business Bureau and filled out a complaint which I urge everyone let’s have this problem with this company to do so. Just because I’m semi retired doesn’t mean I have a lot of money!! Poor quality tires!! UPDATE: Since writing this review my opinion has changed. If you have any problems don’t call Corp just talk to the store manager, which I ended up doing. Jonas and I worked together to resolve the issue and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. I definitely will be doing business with this location again. Thanks guys.

Guy was acting like I was interrupting his doing nothing. Never got a full answer to a question I asked. They wanted 120 to install 140 worth of 2 tires. Wasnt a good visit at all!

My Saab had sat for a couple of months due to bad tires. Finally decided to bring it in for a new set of rubber. Jumped it to get it out of my yard and just like before I parked it it started up fine with no check engine light on. Drove to work then to town fair. No problems. Pick it up and check engine light flashing. Memorial weekend I didn’t feel like going back in and have them the benefit of the doubt. (They told me they had to jump start it). Get home and plug my scan tool in to find a list of codes, cooling fan cycling on and off and extended crank. Clear codes and conditions remain. After sitting the rest of the weekend the light is still flashing AND it still cranks over fine with zero battery issues. Again give them the benefit of the doubt and put a smart battery charger on overnight. Morning comes and same conditions. Even disconnected battery for 4 hours at work to let the pcm completely power down. Same conditions. In my experience (as an ase master technician) I have never had any problems with jump starting a vehicle. Writer and manager swear they did nothing abnormal, like hooking the jump pack up backwards (which I have witnessed to cause problems). Basically drop off vehicle in running order, pick up in bad running order, I’m SOL. THANKS TOWN FAIR. Bunch of stand up guys.

I needed a special order tire and they had it in the very next day. They told me it would take 45 minutes so I prepared for a long wait and within 15 minutes everything was complete. The service was friendly and professional. Five stars highly recommended

I have been buying tires from Town Fair for 15+ years now. Probably a new set every 2 years. To put it plainly, they are the best. My most recent purchase was last week and Jonas took excellent care to get the tires I wanted ordered and communicate a good day to schedule for install. Post purchase, I can enjoy peace of mind that tire rotation is free for the life of the tires. The most competitive price and easiest experience makes this a 5 star winner in my book.

Mike runs a solid team of hard workers. Great atmosphere very clean shop. I was in and out within an hour for an alignment and balance. Jonas was good too! I’ll be back they’ve earned my trust and I’m so happy!!

One of the best experiences Ive had in a while buying tires. Ryan was super helpful and was able to order me 4 new tires in short order. They gave me a time estimate and got me out of the door under that! Last time I went to another shop (Three letters) they had me sitting around for hours without so much as a status update. would definitely recommend!

Life saver have such a busy day today and with my luck of course I get a nice big old bolt popping right out my tire I call to see if there is anything they can do to help as I have insurance on my tire with them and Tom was so helpful was able to squeeze me in right away I got there as fast as I could and before I even turn around me car is in the back bay couldn’t appreciate that quickness enough with everything that I have to do.. Had two new tires installed last week. One ended up being defective. I brought it back in today and without hesitation or question they listened, apologized, replaced the tire, fixed the sensor, and had me in and out in 30 min. I always say sometimes things happen, but it’s all in the way a business reacts. These fellas had a loyal customer and they kept one today for sure. Great work guys. Really appreciate it!

I was seen promptly but was called back up after there was issues removing three key/lug nuts (I was told the key was stripped and could no longer remove the lug nuts) and was asked if they could cut them off. I agreed and didnt think anything of it. Yesterday I went to wash my car and saw a gash in three of my alloy rims, same location, equal distance from each lug nut they cut off, much too high up to be from a curve... I should have checked before I left their business but I trusted them to do a simple job without damaging my vehicle. Im 100% sure that these identical gashes are from their removal of lug nuts. Im sure this was noticed by the staff. Will not purchase tires or any other services from Towne Fair in the future.

The staff at Town Fair Tire was honest, efficient, and helpful. We had an exposed belt on our tire, which was close to blowing out. We had no appointment but were desperate to get the tire fixed, so we could travel out of state. They fit us into their busy schedule & within 90 minutes, we were on the highway, heading toward our vacation destination. It was a 5-star experience.

This shop did what they said they were going to do by when they said they would do it. Texted me when my truck was ready, and stood by the Toyo tires when I needed it.

2 stars because they try hard. That being said I have been a long time customer and seen it all. The worst was quoted a price for tires then when they came in they were the lesser model, completely their mistake but they didnt honor the quote for when the correct ones came in, all of a sudden they were more expensive. I have had my winters changed and not rotated from front to back, I have had my springs changed but not rotated from front to back, I have paid for alignments that werent performed, I have been told at 5:00 the alignment guy went home so I would have to come back another day, I have had tires installed and the hubcaps thrown in the trunk (that may have been the Revere store cant remember) and most recently I have had directional tires but on incorrectly. Quality isnt great so I would recommend checking anything and everything before you leave.

Poor customer service. Employee or manager by the name of Joe was SUPER rude and UNPROFESSIONAL . Went to pick up my car he told me it was not ready. I went out and saw one of the employees struggling to put the tires in the car and I helped him out, he told me the car was all set and to go back into the office. When I went back in Joe asked me what I was doing and when I told him the employee told me my car was all set he then started screaming at me. He told me it was NOT all set and he would call when it was ready. I asked him not to shout at me, that type of tone was not accepted towards his customers. I will NOT be bringing anymore business or referring anyone to this establishment.

I took my car there because my employees told me how quick fast and friendly they were. When I spoke to an employee to get my flat fixed, he tolde he was scheduling for next week and there was not type of customer service after that. I felt as though he really didnt want to help me. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

I am really unhappy by dealing with such a scammer staff. I booked an appointment for tire rotation since I bought the tires from them and there was a small leak In one of the tire. When I went there so the staff examined the tire and said that this leak is in the valve and it’s a part of the car and we are not responsible for this and you will have to pay 80 dollars to fix it and also said that you need a wheel alignment which is another 70 dollars. I said ok and I almost was about to do it but the wait time was too much so I said I will come the next day. As it was my appointment for an oil change at Toyota Danvers. At Toyota I told the staff member to do Multi point inspection and look at the tire as well. They said that there is a small nail in the tire and need to be fixed . So all I am saying that this whole Job was supposed to be free for me since I was a customer of town fair but they lied to me and were trying to charge me more extra money for some thing which was not even needed to be done. I will never ever go back to town fair nor recommend it to any body else as they are such a scammers.

Nothing good about this trip. They performed $109 service without my authorization, broke the winch underneath our van that holds the spare tire, and didnt even tell me when I went to pick up the van. Now I have to get the winch replaced (pic). I asked them to call me before performing any services that would cost extra and they did not. Also they didnt call to tell me the vehicle was ready and didnt pick up my 3 phone calls.

The guys here are extremely helpful. They have taken care of me numerous times even when I was unable to plan ahead with an appointment. Transparent process, no surprises, and their schedule screen is awesome so I can see how much longer my car will take.

So happy with the service here! Everyone is friendly, respectful and truly looks out for your safety on the road with youre tires. Even sitting there waiting, I met some wonderful people, great experience again! Thank you Tom and everyone else!

Really nice people that work there unfortunately the price guarantee can be beat. They cannot compete with Costco which offers $15 installation for all four tires. This is what cuts Town Fair Tire out of the equation. They add on alignments valve stem Replacements as a mandatory piece of the package. One of the gentleman assisting me with a possible sales simply said we cannot compete with their price after crunching the numbers. You would still save money buying through Costco even if you paid for a membership one time just to buy the tires.

Always great service here. The staff is informative and makes the transaction a breeze. Much smoother operation than the competitors and the waiting area has screens to show the car in progress and estimated time until completion. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Ordered tires and scheduled appointment several weeks ahead of time.First appointment cancelled due to staffing issues.Second appointment - showed up and the tires ordered were sent back the week prior. Never received a phone call that tires were not available.Third appointment the next weekend - arrived to be told they did not have my tires as they were sold to another customer 2 days prior. No notification, No apology. Was told by the contemptible sales rep to pay for tires now otherwise they could not guarantee they would have my tires at my next appointment. Really? Isn’t that why you make an appointment? So they can plan ahead to have what you want in stock when you are scheduled to come in?

I had one flat tire and even tho they didnt have my tire in stock Devin searched high and low for me trying to get one as soon as possible. I drove in to Town Fair in Danvers, MA at 4:45pm on a Tuesday with no appointment crossing my fingers that they could squeeze me in. I had a giant screw in one of my tires and it was losing air super fast. Tom took a look at it and said it would be no problem and they would take care of it right away. The guys stayed until after close to take care of it and make sure I was good to go safely. Super thankful that they were able to work me in to the schedule so I didnt wake up to a completely flat tire tomorrow. Thanks guys!!

I worked with Isaiah today and he was absolutely fantastic. After a dealership told me that i needed 4 new tires, I took my car to Town Fair with the intention of purchasing 4 new tires. Isaiah informed me that I only needed 2 tires. He could have easily sold me 4 tires and I would have been on my way but instead, he rush delivered 2 tires and I had my car back that same day. He explained everything involving the tire installation and alignment as well. I will 100% be back to work with Isaiah and Town Fair Danvers again.

The prices are good and the work is fast. They do how ever need to learn to ask more questions. We have a trailer that had tires that were under rated for our load. As they wear we have been replacing them with proper load rate tires. We almost had an argument with an assistant manager about mixing the load ratings.. dont know why he wanted to DOWN SELL US!!

I love this place! I came in a few weeks ago to get a quote for 4 new tires. I never felt awkward or out of place being a younger girl, and the associate that helped me took me out to my car as he combed over my tires making sure that I did in fact NEED 4 tires and showed me the worn down tread, dry rot, etc. I received an excellent quote and was told it was good for 2 weeks. Flash forward to today, and technically my quote is expired. I walked in, handed over the quote and was told without hesitation that its a Live Quote, and I was immediately shown a seat and they are working on my tires now. Clean, friendly, knowledgeable and fair!

I havent even picked my car up from this place yet and have already been contacted twice with edits to the prices I was charged. Went in here expecting to pay $500 or so with a tire in mind. Talked to the sales guy or whatever his title is and decided on a different tire. About hour and half later I get a call expecting my car to be done. They priced me the wrong size tires. This guy literally walked out to my car with me and checked the size of the tire and still manages to mess up the correct sizing. He calls and tells me my options for correct size. Im supposed to make a decision on the fly without comparing my options. Need my tires done, so I tell him to do it. Then they call back again to go over the correct pricing, which now will cost over $800, maybe with some rebate. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt after reading some questionable reviews. If youre considering going here, let me make the decision for you - DONT. Save yourself a major headache and probably a few hundred bucks. I will NEVER go here again or recommend anyone else for that matter.

We are new to the area and asked for word of mouth recommendations of where to get tires. Town Fair was suggested by a few of our neighbors. We went in needing 3 new tires because they all had sidewall damage . Apparently curbs jump out at my spouses car. We called ahead and made an appointment. Isaiah greeted us and came out to inspect the damage. We agreed that we should replace all 4 tires. He gave us a few options and explained the difference between the choices. He also noted which had rebates and special offers. After choosing, I found the exact tire and size on a 3rd party site for nearly half the cost. I asked if they did price matching. He immediately issued a credit for the difference without issue. I knew I would need tires for my own car soon and asked him for recommendations as well. I came back today and received the same EXCELLENT level of customer service. I will absolutely go back and suggest this location to others. All the employees were very courteous and professional to all of the customers I saw them interact with. Isaiah is both friendly and and approachable. He has great product knowledge and is able to articulate it to every level of experience. Its unfortunate that I have to go another 50k miles before Ill need them again!

Used Townfair before at a different location and was unhappy. Desperate, due to a bubble on my tire, I was forced to stop here. Unfortunately they didn’t have my tire, but Mike at the front said he could have it here the next day. On top of that, they quickly tossed my spare on for me. Came in the next day, they greeted me by my name as I walked in. Had me in and out in 45 minutes. Knowledgeable and friendly service from everyone in there. I went from never wanting to use the place to a future customer. Keep up the great work.

Good pricesThe people at the main counter that sell you the tires,,etc...are very knowledgeable and work with you.ButSome not all the individuals installing your tires need to be addressed.I think they forget they are on camera or just dont care.I personally watched my tech goof offFor 10 mins on his phone before starting then my vehicle was down and he went back to goofing rather than bring my truck out, I watched for another 10 minutes before I said something.

We just got our winter tires replace here. The cost was a lot lower than other places so we wanted to try it out. It took a long time but I expected it since it is a busy season for winter tires. The people that helped me were very friendly and genuinely apologized for the wait. I recommend this place if you have the patience to wait.

Quick service with great attitude

I went to the Town Fair in Danvers to repair a flat and at the same time requested my free tire rotation. The tire rotation was not done because apparently my lugs needed to be replaced. Well, this turned out to be a LIE! They felt the need to lie because they didnt want to rotate my tires. I went to my mechanic the next day and he rotated my tires with no problem. If youre looking for diligent and honest service, the Danvers location is not the place.

I was surprised to read the negative comments regarding customer service. I have been going to Town Fair Tire in Danvers for years and have had only good experiences. Jay is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate that he takes the time to share his expertise with me.

I dont write reviews often, but I cant say enough about the service I received from Isaiah at the Danvers Town Fair Tire.It was recently necessary to replace an entire set of full wheels. Not only did this guy know his inventory backwards and forwards, he even knew - before he looked! - what type, size, and model I would need for my particular older vehicle. The wheels arrived on time and the initial install took exactly as long as promised.Unfortunately, one of the wheels wasnt performing quite right. Isaiah made sure they looked at it right away, quickly pinpointed the issue, and then ordered and handled the replacement immediately. No fuss, no muss, no exasperating arguments, no repeat pushing to the back of the line. Just fast, efficient handling and stellar customer service from Isaiah.Thank you, Isaiah, for turning what could have been an awful experience into a great one!

Dont ever go here. I got my car towed here first thing in the morning to replace a tire and fix the blown valve. They told me it would be fixed no problem, but then they called me right as they were closing to say they didnt have the tools to remove a tire from a jeep. A tire store couldnt replace a tire. And they took all day to tell me.

These people are either incompetent are simply Lazy....Came in to have a Flat Tire fixed and they told me the hole was too big to fix on Tire?And just tried to Sell me a New One!The hole was right in the middle of tire and in no way was too big to fix!I declined and got a second opinion...Went to another Town Fair Tire and they fixed the Tire just Fine!!!So they were either completely incompetent?Too lazy to do the work?Or they just wanted to boost sales and sell me a tire I didnt need..No matter how you slice it Id avoid this place at all costs

First the price quoted when I got to me appointment was $50 more than on the phone. When I pointed thus out it was magically dropped to the quoted amount. Had I not been in top of it I wou ld have been overcharged. I also noted on my invoice a warning that I had been given a registration form to mail or the warranty would be voided. However they failed to give it to me which required a call, on hold for a while and then no apology. Work was done promptly and apparently properly. Disappointed!
