Chris was great - professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Had to have my car towed and Chris was on it. Would definitely recommend.

AAA called them for me, was told potential 90 min wait; however, Chris showed up in 25 mins. He was Super patient, especially because I was not back at my car yet having gone for a walk, thinking it would take forever. I am grateful for the speedy and professional service.

Was out on 495 with a flat tire in the middle of the night and called AAA who sent North Shore towing as the dispatched facility and they got their well within their ETA and had me up and going in less than 15 mins awesome service, driver was courteous and professional, would recommend them for any towing and road service.

Wifes car blew ball joint, police towed to local facility. Went there paid to release called AAA, 90 minute wait. They were told blown ball joint . Driver stated due to suspension damage I cant tow this car its a ordinary older civic. I have 15 years towing experience these tows are common . I called AAA back they stated member refused service no she didnt. I explained to AAA, they sent out a new company who happily tows it in 5 minutes after arrival. If you dispute this north shore I have the report from AAA.

I had a great experience with this towing company. My car wouldn’t start after putting gas in my car. They came and checked the battery but there was a mechanical problem. I requested my car be towed to the nearest dealership which was in New Hampshire. I had to ride in the tow truck as I wasn’t near home. He was polite, friendly, and was nice enough to converse with me during our 40 minute drive.

Horrible experience, I never write reviews but made a exception for this company. I never arranged anything directly with this company, AAA called them not me. I wasnt with my vehicle personally at the time of the tow but a family member was. The operator broke a new hubcap which I just replaced, and cracked another one badly. My family member told me the operator said they would get a new hubcap to replace the one they broke, and apparently they forgot after a phone call reminded them, also the owner cheaped out and bought me a generic when all my wheels are OEM, tried to see if I was ok with a grade C part, and stopped answering my emails. A little irritated cause I like to care of my car and the operator just damaged two hubcaps which I spend a lot of time cleaning. I will order me a new hubcap myself, and advise everyone to stay away now on.
