Dropped off a vacuums for service haven’t heard from them in a weekWhen I do contact them I get a vibe that they don’t know anythingI’m disabled and disappointed that I’m not even getting any communication at allTo follow upI kept being patient and after three weeks of calling and not getting a straight answer I removed my vacuum and brought it to budget pools they were much more professional
Hidden gem for all your pool needs knowledgeable employees, expensive, when no one else has it they got you covered
Extremely helpful.Had a negative experience at the pool guy in Georgetown due to the associates not following state guidelines in regards to face coverings, social distancing, etc.an older gentleman helped us who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and even took a little off our total due to the awful experience at the other store. AND all the associates were wearing masks and using hand sanitizer. As an experienced retail employee I can firmly say this is exemplary customer service. The Pool guy needs to take note
I wish there was another viable option for my to buy my pool supplies, but there really isn’t. Besides their being in the expensive side, my big issue is with the kids they hire as counter people...with one or two exceptions, they are of no help with technical questions...in fact, I have been given incorrect info on two occasions and told outright that they did not carry a specific part, but after I came back and spoke with someone different, guess what? They did have the part. They have pretty good inventory of most things, but the overall experience is pretty hit-or-miss.
Walked in and was greeted promptly. Asked location for a product that said was available online but was told they don’t have it. What the 1 Star is for is the, perhaps unintentionally, arrogant addition of useless information. Not everyone knows pool chemistry, nor can anyone expect to know what to do without testing the water themselves but when I walk into a store and ask for a product either give it to me or don’t and I certainly don’t want the side of pointless advice. CYA issues elude most people because of the factors that go into it so back to my original statement with a correction: not everyone at Leslies knows pool chemistry. If he heard me out for a second before spewing general knowledge you can read off the back of any container in the store I could have told him my issue is trees are shading my pool by 2 PM and The reason for my trip to his RETAIL store WAS to PURCHASE a product to balance out my levels in the meantime while I have the trees handled. But instead I was told to replace my water which if I did that would run up a water bill and I would have the added bonus of the same problem no less than two weeks from now all the while burning through my trichlor and a never ending seesaw of adding more chlorine to compensate for the high levels of CYA. The whole experience really turned me off and I went to a competitor directly after and I got what I needed. Give them a chance yourself but heed the 1 Star.
SLOW! SLOW! SLOW! Had to leave after in line for 20 mins! Ill try elsewhere.
Aweful, not sure if these guys are individual franchises or Corp owned. The are closed during posted hours on the internet, and on their door. I have not seen the Danvers location open for 3 weeks. This points to Horrible store managers who simply value their own time over the needs of customers. Have followed a complaint with corporate as well as it’s 4x I have tried to get to the store that just has a closed sign, yet the hours show open. Stop wasting your paying customers time and BE OPEN when you post you are!
Joe did an excellent job replacing the seals in my Superpump; fast service and great price.

The Little Scrawny Kid that works there needs to watch how he talks to people. Sooner or later it’s gonna catch up to him!!
Awesome customer service.
Its a pool supply store, not rocket science. Prices are average compared to other suppliers.
Pricy. Cheaper chemicals elsewhere.
Sucks, will NOT show any water bags!
