Don did great work on our John Deere mower and our snow thrower. Having someone come to the house and do all the work in their mobile truck is so convenient. He is professional, timely, and I highly recommend him!

After my experience with Don, its understandable why I had to book my appointment more than 3 1/2 weeks in advance. Dons entire operation is super professional. He showed up at my house and had my snowblower going within a couple of hours, at what I felt was a very fair and reasonable price. He took the time to answer my questions clearly, and gave me some great tips on keeping the snowblower running well post-repair. I will be having him back to work on my lawnmower in the spring, and Ill make sure to book him well in advance. 5 stars very well deserved.

Great experience. All I had to do was put my snowblower in the driveway. The tech showed up on time. Repaired the unit and put it back in my driveway. A short time later I received an email and paid the invoice online. It doesnt get any easier than that. Great service. Will definitely recommend your company to family and friends.

Don got my snowblower started and gave it a full tune up. He does great work at your house super convenient! He also cleaned the whole snowblower after fixing it looked like new nice touch. Will definitely be using him again.

I called them to schedule an appt to fix my snowblower in Salem Ma. The site says Danvers & surrounding towns, Id think Salem would be a surrounding town to Danvers. I was told I am out of their work area & to call Rent-All, the company that messed up my snowblower in the 1st place. Theyll go to Topsfield & Boxford but not Salem, Ma. I dont understand its frustrating & baffling at the same time.

I cant praise Don highly enough. He goes out of his way to provide excellent service and totally knows his stuff: a real pro. He over-hauled my mower a few weeks ago -did a terrific job- and when something small and unrelated came up today he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Even mowed 1/3 of my lawn to make sure everything was working well! Im grateful.
