THE worst place ever Jonathan called the police cause I told him I was scared they brake my door in buy pushing it on my leg im Parlayed they are incomplete they treat me so many times dont answer you on the phone something needs to be done

Never answer the phones. Never return phone calls.always fail to come through when help is desperately needed. Careless and lacking in ethics.

Some staff members are trying very hard to keep up wih a FAST growing POPULATION. SOME MEMBERS are actually GETTING AWAY WITH MURDER.PASSING POISON!!!

This place is terrible they get 1475 an hour to be someones payee Im getting my sister away from this place shes askedfor a copy of their ledger for a yr to see wat their doing. With her money n they refuse to produce it!!!

I was in Eliot services since I was 18 left when I was 28. Im leaving my honest opinion. Elliot group homes are ok im saying ok because ive witnessed things and have been through things that are NOT acceptable Ive witnessed my best friend who I miss dearly wont name any names. Shes the sweetest person Ive ever met. When I was living in a grouphome in Beverly a staff pushed her and dug her nails into her chest. Also In that grouphome I got a huge check from ssi I bought an iPad and for that iPad a case that has a built in keyboard I got the wrong one and staff said they were going to return it and left it in the staff office. Days almost a week later I went to the staff office to see if they returned it and it wasnt there didnt get my money back no receipt nothing. Put 2 and 2 together staff must have stole it. I never saw my money back, receipt or the case/keyboard Obviously staff stole it. Messed up right. I was also threatend to be sent to a phyce ward when I was 100% stable. Not all the staff were like that. But a lot were. There are good things about Eliot that I liked like my dr. Matt geodon hes ahhsum i still see him even though im not a client of eliot services. hes not a dr hes a nurse practitioner who has the knowledge of a dr he really knows what hes doing. Another part of Eliot services that changed my life for the better was a therapist I had his name was pete. Hes the best therapist I had in my life. He really cared. I would leave his office in an incredibly happy mood. I still have Eliot as my repayee not quite sure for how long. but its the 16th and still havent seen my check I was suppose to pay my rent the beginning of the month so Im screwed. My old caseworker who I have to contact about my check who hardly answers my text last week she told me I couldnt have the number to Eliots repayee who is in charge of my money which i find messed up because shes not finding out anything about my check its the 16th Ive had no food cant pay my rent. If she gave me the number to there repayee ide be able to at least find out if my check got sent out. I dont get it there my repayee in charge of my money but I cant call them to figure anything out when my old caseworker isnt doing anything about it. This review 100% true and I wouldnt recommend this program unless your only going to therapy or seeing a psychiatrist.
