Great service! Got Apple watch and iPhone repaired. Not many shops offer assurance that if they can’t fix it, they won’t charge it. The Apple store wasn’t sure if the battery replacement would work neither were they. But they took the watch for repairing saying if the battery replacement didn’t work, they won’t charge. The person who works here is a true gentleman. He gave us time and confidence instead of rushing even though there were a couple of people waiting behind us.

My iPhone 6 needed a new battery and screen. They completed it all in about 45 mins. Really helpful technicians and everything continues to work as promised! (Its been about a month)I bought one of the $20 covers they offer, which is sturdy but I didnt realize wasnt waterproof - I wouldnt have made that purchase had i have known, but that was my mistake not theirs.Very good price for the work and very positive experience.

Visited The Tech Center once again yesterday. I usually go for cracked iPhone screens but this time was for an inflated iPhone battery. The guys working were polite, friendly and helpful as always. This place is fantastic with friendly staff and great pricing! I recently went to get my laptop’s screen fixed. They had to order the part online with express shipping and it took about 3 days. However, the wait was worth it and reasonable considering the repair I was asking for. My replacement screen has been working great since then.

Was in town on a business trip when my phone got dropped getting out of my rental into a puddle. My phone still worked but the screen for some reason was no longer responding to my finger. This guys were able to crack it open and dry out all the water. Unfortunately the screen was to jacked up from the water and needed to be replaced. Was in and out in under an hour while I grabbed some grub at B dubs!

Accidentally dropped my phone in the mall parking lot and smashed the screen. Walked into the mall and asked my cell carrier what to do and got no help (just told me too bad and to buy a new one) hit the food court and asked these guys for some help and they did just that! Very nice and honest. It took a few days for the parts to be shipped, but once I got my phone back it looked even better than BEFORE I dropped it. I would definitely recommend this place for the best service at the lowest price!

At first, I was skeptical about going to to another tech repair center in the mall. But this is NO ORDINARY tech center. They will fix everything, including my 2009 macbook which I doubted they would be able to fix, but they fixed it perfectly, it is up and running far better than I had expected. Everyone at the tech center is very nice and they have a great customer service. Their prices arent outrageous like other tech centers and they provide quick, affordable, and great services. GO TO THE TECH CENTER if you have any electronics to fix.

When I broke my IPhone I went to CPR in Saugus but I felt that the price they gave me was too high to fix my screen, so I decide to go get a quote from here to see my options. When I arrived I was helped by Kyle who after a few questions, I was able to tell he was very experienced. Not only did he do a great job he also did it for a lower price then the competition.

I completely shattered my iPhone screen and had to get it fixed in really short notice. They took my phone right away and had it fixed in about an hour. Very friendly, fast and inexpensive! Definitely recommend.

This place is the best! The guys who work here are so great and super helpful. I have had my iPhone screen replaced twice here (I’m the worst) and an iPad mini screen. There was something wrong with the replacement iPad screen they installed and without hesitation they ordered a new part and replaced it for me again free of charge. I go to the gym in the mall so it was super convenient to just pop over before or after a workout to have my gadgets worked on, and they were very good about being flexible (my schedule is all over the place.) Five stars all around!

Without a doubt, these group of gentleman know what they are doing over there. For someone who is new to smart phones, they were extremely patient with me regarding my first time dealing with a broken screen. I had dropped my Galaxy S8 a couple days ago, the screen had cracked and would not respond to my fingers any longer. When I called them they were very eager to help, although I was iffy due to how much it cost, they explained in great detail why the cost is what it is, still a little unsure, I decided to do my own research, just to gain a little more knowledge in whats involved. I called a few other cell phone places in the area and The Tech Center was by far the cheapest, and had the quickest turn around time. My cell phone provider was no help, and other repair shops within the area wanted to charge me almost $100 more then what I was quoted by The Tech Center. I give these friendly people a 5 star rating simply because they are the best in every possible way. Thank you!

I was there today Feb 13th.drop off my galaxy s9 at little before 11 before they opened and picked it up as promised at 1 PM. Took them less then 5 min to repair my phone after spending three trips plus hours on the site with sprint. Sprint told me the phone had been wet and needed to be replaced. Went to the Tech center afterwards. It was a loose antenna. I cancelled my new phone. I cancelled my sprint phone insurance at $240 over the duration of my phone lease. I will only be using this service in future.Ps the food court is nice. It would have been no problem to wait. But that wasnt necessary!

They did an impressive job on my iPhone plus! Passed through the foodcourt during holiday shopping and spotted these guys before I grabbed some food. They told me it would only take 20 minutes to swap out my cracked screen. I grabbed some pizza while I waited, before I was done they waved me over to let me know I was allset. Screen looks great as if it was never touched, saved me a big trip from heading over to Lynnfield to see Apple. Saved me a chunk of change to.

I got my screen fixed for $100 but my phone kept freezing, and wasnt working the same anymore. And just after 20 minutes of getting it repaired, it broke. They told me that they could not do anthing to solve this issue, and that it wasnt their responsability. I would not reccomend this place, terrible service!

This weekend I brought my broken iphone 6 to the apple store, they told me I would have to wait days to get it fixed. Who can go without their phone for that long? A friend of mine recommended this place. I didnt even know people could fix these things. I saw Gary (i think that was his name), and he had my phone working again in less than a half hour, cheaper than what apple told me too!

Would never recommend this place. I went for an iPad screen repair, got it back and it won’t even charge now. I brought the iPad back to them and they pretty much said I got the tailight warranty. They became rude and unprofessional. I Brought it to apple and they said “never go to that place. We have had more people come to us with problems from them and once they touch it, we can’t touch it” lesson learned. $350 lesson

So after trying 3 different repair shops in the area, I finally found the one. The Tech Center at the Liberty tree mall is by no means your typical mall kiosk phone repair. These guys really know their stuff and have been in the game a long time. Anyways, I had been dealing with a nagging issue on my iPhone 6 plus. Basically, out of nowhere it began to stop sensing and responding to touch on the screen. This problem would come and go and eventually it got worse to where I couldnt even use the phone...First, had a tech guy in Salem look at it. He tried some new screens to no success. He told me it looks like a motherboard issue and not fixable. So I decided to get a second opinion. I found another repair shop in peabody who told me essentially the same thing. I then did some research and found out this was a major manufacturing flaw and common problem among the 6 plus known as the iPhone touch disease. Thru the power of google I located another tech in Boston who said he could fix the motherboard problem. Dropped my phone off with the guy picked it up a few hours later, and to my surprise it worked...but not for long. Within a day it started again. ahhh! At this point I was ready to throw the phone away, instead took out my sim and stuck it away in a dresser drawer.Fast forward a few weeks, the 6 plus was sitting collecting dust. One day I had a conversation with a friend who also had the same flaw with their 6 plus but had it successfully and permanently fixed at a place in Danvers called the Tech Center, So I decided to give it one last shot and boy was I happy I did. The guys over at the Tech Center were honest, straightforward and fair. They told me exactly what was involved (replacing the touch ic), what to expect as time frame and price and the warranty- what could be done if the problem came back. Well, they delivered! The process did take a few days as they needed to order a replacement part, but it did indeed get fixed. Ive been using it weeks now and no issues whatsoever. I cant say enough about the tech center, truly amazing work guys!So, dont always believe a tech guy who says that something cant be fixed...most cases it just means they cant fix it, but somebody can and that somebody is the tech center. Some ending advice to people: skip the guy in Salem, dont waste time in peabody, forget Boston. Go straight to the Tech Center in Danvers.Thank you

Dropped my Note 8 and back glass cracked, called them and they didnt have part in stock but ordered while i was on the phone, got it installed a few days after with no issues, great quality work and fast as well.

Great service. I initially visited The Tech Center to get the USB port replaced on my phone. When they returned my phone about an hour later, they said there were still problems with the battery/charging, so they had ordered a new battery for me, free of charge. When I returned a week or so later to pick up the battery, the issues on my phone had escalated to the point where it would no longer turn on. They checked it out, and found there was a short circuit and/or issues with the motherboard, and told me it would be cheaper to just get a new phone than repair. They refunded my money for the initial USB port replacement, which I thought was above and beyond, since they did perform the repair, but it would have been wasted money for me since the phone was unusable a week later. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. I had planned to come into this location today to express that my screenshot had not been working since I got my phone screen fixed at this location. Prior to leaving this morning I dropped my phone in the bathroom and both the tempered glass and phone screen scattered immensely ( my phone screen is actually more scattered underneath the tempered glass then the tempered glass itself. (Which makes me question whether the tempered glass was applied correctly by them to begin with)I arrived at the store and began to explain to the individual on the clock that I have been having issues with my screenshot capabilities since my screen was replaced. I also explained that I tried to bypass physically holding the home & lock screen, by using an assistive button but that also did not work. The individual at the counter told me b/c my screen is broken that could result in the touch not working correctly. I tried to explain to him that I had been trying to use assistive button prior to the screen being broken because the broken screen just occurred this morning (I even tried to emphasize my point when he unsuccessfully could not move the location of the assistive button b/c it was located in the area of the screen with the most cracks. I explained that I wouldn’t have moved my assistive button to the area of my phone where the cracks are and it can’t be utilized. That just doesn’t make sense. It’s evident the button was in the location BEFORE the screen cracked, thus I was trying to use the assistive touch prior to the cracked screen); however he just repeated that the cracked screen explanation despite my attempts to re-explain the assistive button was placed there before. I explained that my screen also had moments where I would press a link or page tab and it would not respond to my touch. He stated that all that is not likely the influence and he needed to change the screen to “examine” what’s going on and if it was related. I asked him if I have to pay for that screen to be replaced for him to look at the phone to “determine” if they are related. (Which didn’t make sense to me because if I pay for the screen to be replaced, & the damage to my phone was their responsibility, there’s nothing more to be done because the screen would have already been replaced and paid for by me.) The tech then told me, he did not fix it so he doesn’t know what was working or not, & he would have to examine it; that they would not give the phone back without working properly. He went on to say if they were examining the phone & something wasn’t working, they would stop there and try to fix it. (Which also to me proved that my screenshot was working prior to my screen being brought in originally to be fixed, although he made no effort to look up any notes on my phone condition or at my receipt) I explained to him that I know this is possible for other phone parts to be damaged b/c it has happened before, not to this work (which is my work phone) but my personal phone.. the screen was replaced & the indidvidual did not place the items back correctly (in that particular case, a small piece of metal holding the front camera together, which resulted in my front camera not working after a few days). I explained to him that I didn’t not want to pay for this screen b/c I already paid for the screen and tempered glass to be applied and both look horrible after one drop. He then proceeded to tell me tempered glass does not make your phone “invincible” & if it “suffers impact of course it’s going to break”. I asked him why my phone screen is more cracked than the tempered glass & inquired what the tempered glass was for ? To which he responded “to prevent scratches” I may not be a technician but I was told by the other technician that the tempered glass would shield the screen& break before the phone screen does.My screen looks horrible, my phone is damaged, & the counter representative was not helpful in the least & short w/ me. I will not be giving them anymore money to “fix” anything. I will be taking my business Elsewhere.

What a great group of guys! The two gentleman that assisted me today were extremely knowledgeable about an issue i was having with my phone. It wasnt your typical cracked screen, Ive tried numerous places in aiding me with my iphone se that wouldnt charge after a certain percent after I changed the battery myself. Turns out I broke a small component on the logic board near the battery, turns out they see this often to from other repair shops that replace batteries on the SE. They informed me they could repair it but had to send it to there other location due to not having the equipment onsite but it would only take a couple days. Im really shocked none of these other big name repair companies couldnt identify the problem. These guys maybe located in a foodcourt and appear rough around the edges, but the quality of service was knowledge for what they do is incredible. Thank you!
