Left my house spotless! I loved the cleaning.

I’ve tried using this company for over a year in Peabody. In the beginning they were responsive and timely. But after the first few cleanings the dates would change, they’d come at the most inconvenient hours, and would leave the door unlocked when they left. As of 2021 I switched over to monthly cleanings and asked to be put on a schedule and they made it seem as though I was inconveniencing then. I had a scheduled cleaning June 7th and I’ve messaged multiple times with no reply. It’s been 3 days. It shouldn’t be this difficult to pay someone for a service.
