Options, education and value.Brought my mother in law’s car here for a multitude of repairs. Each one was explained to me in detail, and the options for fixing. This made me feel educated as to the choices for moving forward. This is what I am seeking in a new service provider.I am new to the area, and have an uncle who owns a shop from where I used to live, I trusted my uncle to handle all of my vehicles before, I trust Pete’s Garage to handle all my vehicles now.

Dropped the car in the morning, got a ride to work and a few hours later I received the great news that my car was all set. I would highly recommend them!

Bought a used minivan from a dealer in Malden. Wish I had taken to Petes for a pre-purchase inspection. Anyway, did some of the needed work myself. Couldnt manage it all though, so I made a few calls. Eric at Petes offered to take a look at it, and he was friendly and reassuring on the phone. The car needed to be ready for a cross country trip in a few days, and he told me, Well take care of you, bring it in asap. Well, they did. They completed the work as promised, and for a very reasonable price. My son is in Nashville today, and told me the car runs like a top. Timely, professional, accommodating, and honest. We made the right decision. These positive reviews? I know they are all legit. A friendly family atmosphere at Petes, top notch.
