Most of these positive reviews are paid reviewers. Liberty Mutual compensates them for their kinds words. So sad. Trust me, this is a horrible, understaffed, unreliable company. I am soooo glad I went elsewhere. Never again. Liberty has Safelite glass handle their claims which was an absolute S**t show. Good bye Liberty. Best of luck.

Trust me they were great while I was insured with them there were no problems. I moved to another state and changed my insurance. Once this happened they were rude, not helpful, wait time to talk to someone was 30 minutes only to get disconnected during that call with no return call. I will never deal with them again.

Their prices are a rip off. And they advertised they were giving a 15 percent discount for 2 months due to covid and never did when we called and asked for the 3rd time all of a sudden it didnt apply to us. Well then dont advertise that. We switched insurance and we are saving over $300 a month.And to add more when I canceled my policy I was told i was paid up to date and automatic payment would be shut off. Another lie they took out another payment almost a month after being canceled and being told NOTHING would come out of my account. All of a sudden now we dont pay a month ahead of time. All this company does is lie!

Paid on time for 8 years. Canceled a policy they did not tell me I owed anything to do so... 3 months later I am in collections. When calling to figure out what happened, staff told me they wont call and were sending mail to wrong address. This kind of business will get you put out of business. See ya Liberty Mutual

I have been with Liberty for 30 years and I have been trying to call to switch a vehicle all day. You just cant get a human being anymore. Its the way of the world and too bad. Then the dealership will call and will be told they havent heard from the insured and cant switch until they do, though I have been trying all day. Very very frustrating. When will banks, insurance companies and other large institutions learn that personal customer service is what people want but cant get.

I have some Pros and Cons with this place - Overall satisfaction is 3.5-4Cons firstThey called me almost everyday for over a week straight getting everything ready for my car that I would be picking up at the end of the week. I told him multiple times that i had 1 accident and a couple speeding tickets, they told me for 1 year it would be $1200, then the next day they were able to lower it to $1140 and then a 10% off deal with bmw, would make it $1040. THEN 1 HOUR BEFORE picking up my car, they changed the rate to $1690.00 because they found a speeding ticket on my record. this is who I dealt with - Jared YagjianI understand and assumed that would be my insurance but the problem is that I told them and it almost became a scam making sure I was locked into them before going to get the car. That is unacceptable and they should taken the lost of money.Pros - I have had all money paid (minus the deductible) for any damages done. My motorcycle has lots of damage done to it and they were great with paying the motor cycle company (cycles 128 - who I DO NOT recommend!) and paying the additional charges to me after work was complete.They also wrote a complaint for me to have on their record to specifically not recommend cycles 128 to any other theyre motorcycle clients if repair is needed.They are easy to talk to, helpful, and offer advice is your new to the area and times/people to talk to to make things as easy for you as possible.I have been with liberty mutual since I was 16 on my parents insurance and now on my own I plan to stay even with the 1 incident that I was not happy about.
