Michelle was amazing during the leasing process. I had so many questions and called her multiple times a day leading up to our move. She was always available and so helpful. Tammy and Michelle in the office have been so pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. Joe and Carlos from maintenance are so nice and have been so efficient with my requests and were extremely helpful on our move in day. The amenities are great and the grounds are kept up beautifully.

We would highly recommend Bradlee! Valen, the leasing agent, is amazing. The second we walked in the door almost 2 years ago, Valen was so welcoming. She helped us decide on the best unit to fit our needs and has been a great resource ever since. She is very responsive to all of my emails and we hear back from her almost immediately when she is in the office. We had an issue with our kitchen faucet and there was a delay in supplies due to covid and she helped us get it resolved that day! She genuinely cares about the residents here and always makes sure we are happy with everything. If you visit Bradlee for a tour, do yourself a favor and request Valen!

I recently sold my house and I needed a place to stay temporarily until I found a new home. I’ve been here since April 21, 2021, and I like it very much. The maintenance crew is excellent and respond very quickly. I love the amenities. I love to walk and there are plenty of places to walk to get a good workout, and I love the gym. The parking is great. There are always places to park. All of the people I see are very friendly. I highly recommend the Bradlee Apartments. .

Why two great parking taken up by two abandon cars that have been there longer then Ive lived here what an eye sore.

My family moved in March 2021 and we love it here. The grounds are meticulously maintained by maintenance and landscaping company. Anytime I have a maintained issues (which has been minor), the maintenance staff responds right away and fixes the issue immediately. The office staff is helpful, responsive and very friendly. Lots of kids here which is great for my young daughter. We very much enjoy living here.

Very unprofessional staff. They changed our appointment for 8.30 in the morning and no one was here, I am pregnant and after more than one hour drive I had to wait 45 minutes to hear that the apartment that we wanted to visit was not ready. A waste of time. Very very disappointed!

MIRROR CRASHED; This place is a hazard to tenants; we had one of the nicest units, newly renovated - everything in this apartment broke and was barely glued together: door knobs, shades, towel racks, sliding door to the laundry area, widow seals; we had 2 bee hives and had to chase bees one afternoon after we opened the door to the balcony. All of this in a newly renovated apartment for $3K a month (rent only) within less than 6 months. All this aside, the icing on the cake was when a giant mirror came crashing down in my kids bathroom when I was away on business trip and my husband has just finished getting them ready for bed by brushing their teeth, etc. It was a matter of minutes between them brushing leaving the bathroom and mirror crashing. I could not stay there an extra second; I had nightmares about this mirror killing my kids and still do. What did the management do? NOTHING. They offered to pay for the towels - a joke. Rationale - minimize expense by going cheap and maximize profits at the expense of possibly killing their tenants. The company sent to fix it noted that the mirrors were not glued to the wall and were attached to the wall with short screws without any anchors. Both mirrors were installed the same way. When we finally broke the lease and left, they proceed to charge us a breakage fee; I questioned what would they not even waive it considering what happened. I heard crickets and 2 months later, my husband gets a call from a collection agency. This place is a DUMP. Nasty management company - they have nice personnel who should not be working for a nasty company like this because they are bright young girls and can do much better than this rat-hole. I would never live there or recommend anyone to.

This has to be by far the most unfair ignorant and unproffessional place ive done business with they dont care about their tenants all they care about is the over price rent they treat you unfair not consistent whatsoever falsely accuse you of doing things you arent they seem to be more concern about your visitors and false complaints then keeping up with their property the people here are literally paid to be fake and phony i strongly do not recommend this place its not peaceful whatsoever lets not mentioned the under trained lifeguards this place lacks compassion empathy and joy its literally will drive you crazy go figure it is an old asylum you will really not be at peace living here.

I’m happy to live in the Kirkbride building and in my five years here, I’m grateful for the excellent maintenance service we have. Joe and his staff are top notch👏Today, another excellent service request was quickly filled. I had no heat (a problem when outside temp is in the 20’s) but within a few minutes after I sent my request through the portal, it was fixed!

Ok if you are willing to pay top dollar to live with mice. Had issues for months. Was told it was an isolated incident, they didn’t understand why and that it was addressed back in the fall (after being told the 9000 building had a major infestation months prior)...only to find out some other neighbors In the 3000 building also had mice. Found a dead mouse in the middle of my living room a couple of weeks ago and left. Too much money to pay ($2,500 per month for a 2BR and Den) to live with mice.Cannot figure how to upload pic here. Go to my yelp review for pic of dead mouse. I have more pics and several emails between me and management company for months regarding this I will share. Also I called the health department to come in months ago to check my apartment. Mice WERE NOT BECAUSE OF MY LIVING CONDITIONS. Apt 3301. Was told an isolated issue but several tenants in building have mice come to find out after talking to them. Beware!!!!

The ladies at the Bradlee Danvers Leasing office are so sweet, kind and very helpful! I had so many questions in regards to applying and they walked me step by step. Michelle, Valen and Audrey thank you so much!

Lived in the main building and it was great the apartments are gorgeous. Management needs some improvements. They seems great when you first move in but you slowly begin to realize they don’t have it together. A lot of the leasing office workers seem nice until you need something then they can get rude/not respond. The leasing office often lets things slide when residents don’t respect the amenities. Because of this there is restricted access to them. If you are looking for a smoke free environment I don’t recommend living here.

My husband and I have lived here for about 8 months and have loved every second! This place deserves a much higher rating. The grounds and buildings are beautiful and well kept and the amenities are awesome. We have never had an issue with noise and all our neighbors are lovely. The office staff and maintenance are THE BEST! And most important to us, the complex is very dog friendly. We have no complaints and look forward to continuing to call this place home.

Anytime we have issues with anything inside the apartment, I request service through the resident portal. The maintenence group is quick to come by and fix anything requested. Can always count on the guys.

I have lived here for a little over 6 months and highly recommend to anyone that is looking in the area. The office staff are all very friendly and helpful. If you have a maintenance issue in your apartment they are there the same day. I wish that I could give 10 stars!!

I have been living at the Bradlee since May 2018. It has been a great stay, and the office staff is always ready and committed to help with any questions and problems. I heard a lot about how bad the staff was and how the apartments were not taken care of. But, I have not had any issues that were not taken care of immediately. They even called to follow up after to make sure everything was going well. I would like to thank the staff and maintenance for everything. I recommend Bradlee Apartments to anyone who is looking for a NICE, ENJOYABLE, CLEAN, apartment complex.UPDATE:I moved recently, but still recommend this place. The staff is helpful and caring. They try to work with you on any problems you encounter. I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely live there again!Thanks to the staff for everything!

The girls in the office were just the best. Helped me with any thing I needed. The maintenance men were all awesome particularly Carlos. He helped us one evening with a flood and couldn’t have done more for us. We were temporary residents everyone made our 7 month stay a pleasure.

I have lived in the apartment complex for 1 year and been completely satisfied with all the aspects of the stay. Bradlee Danvers provides apartments, facilities and services on a high level. It is beautiful and this wonder inspires. Its location is very convenient and, from the other hand, there is no noise from the roads. Apartments are warm in winter and cool in summer. This place is fresh and healthy, clean and cozy all the year. The management and staff are very kind and customer oriented. It is a pleasure to live here!

I’ve lived in and managed several apartment communities. We have had a great experience here. We leased with Alex who does an amazing job. Very friendly and kept the whole process moving. Maintenance has been great fixing any small issues we had had.

The amenities are the best of any apartment style living. The maintenance crew is always prompt and go above and beyond to assist. The management team is the same and very accommodating, especially Judy, Jonathan and Andrea. They are the best! I highly recommend residing there!

The maintenance staff are very responsive and friendly.Front office staff are much slower. Nice and quiet neighborhood, very safe For families, very friendly.Rent will tremendously increase every end of the lease, so if you think of moving for few years take that into account.The month to month is just ridiculously high, almost 30% of the normal rent, so if you need some flexibility for moving they will not arrange you even if you have been been there for years.

I’ve lived at Bradlee for 4 years and happy to call it my home. The grounds are immaculate, amenities are fantastic, and maintenance is always very fast to respond. John has been overly helpful in times when assistance was needed. He is an A plus worker, courteous, consistent, and a true professional and to anyone working with him know you are in good hands. Adam the property manager has also been a huge help and understanding of situations that he helped expidite. Compared to other complexes at the same price Bradlee is a step above. Love it here.

Bradlee Danvers is an amazing place to call home! The countless amenities are great. Here you can enjoy everything from the indoor basketball court to the theatre room to the billiard room and most importantly the dog park for the pups. Bradlee is pet-friendly and is close to all major necessities. All of the neighbors are super friendly, the apartment units are beautiful (especially the lofts), and the the staff members are phenomenal. John in the leasing office is an All-Star as he facilitated the leasing process and continues to answer every question and solve every problem I’ve sent his way. The maintenance crew is great too and you can tell the moment you walk through the doors. All in all I give Bradlee a 10/10 and would recommend this place to anyone!

Hello-I’m writing this review today because I think all of you portentous residents should know.I’ve been a resident for a year and a half, I am in a one bedroom apartment and I pay 2065.00 for 800 sq feet. When I signed my lease for a second time it was because I liked the community and wanted to stay close to my parents home because my dad has been ill. Also, I lived here thinking I could e joy the amenities with my family and friends. It really is pretty and I was honored to share what was here with both my family and friends.Today I called Josh, the new manager for two reasons. 1. Because I went to him 3 weeks ago asking about their affordable apartment plans because my pay rate has decreased and I really needed to cut my expenses. He told me he would call me the following week and I never back from him. 2. Why did they give us no notice about a $25.00 fee to have family and friends enjoy the pool with me. I had called 3 times since to have him call me back because I really wanted to speak with him and had hoped to schedule an appointment to meet with him again. He’s ability to meet with me wasn’t worked out due to his attitude. I had a conversation with him about the “now” $25.00 fee that I would be charged to have my friends and family join me by the pool. I’m astonished that they would even do this and I’m quite irate. Like I mentioned earlier, I pay $2065 a month and when signing my lease they never mentioned any fee. It’s very poor management on their end.Yesterday during my conversation I said to Josh that it’s obvious all about the f—-king money. And this place is going to hell. It’s very sad. A great community totally being taking away by management that has no idea on what’s fair. I didn’t move here to be alone, I moved here to share my home with my family and friends. I will Be giving my notice in July. I also hope that Josh’s management skills are made known to his upper management. It’s a disgrace....

I’ve been thinking about a review that was left 7 years ago which says there are “paper thin” walls and I don’t think I can agree more. I am the last door in my hallway, my wife was on the phone talking about EXTREMELY personal information(at a normal tone) not loud whatsoever, and my children were eating dinner, I reached the garbage room (which had boxes and bags just thrown in and trash scattered on the floor and I am actually able to hear my wife on the phone and the utensils my children were using on the plates. The counter tops are a board of wood with a granite looking formica. Which was in my case feeling off. Also a few years back construction was being done on the roof of my building and the workers dropped objects which ripped wholes in THREE of my window screens. All I am saying is that if security is important to you I recommend you DO NOT move here.

Bradlee has been amazing so far! The amenities are great and they have much more to offer than any other apartment complex that I’ve seen. The residents at Bradlee are extremely friendly and welcoming, as well as the staff that work in the office. John in the leasing office is always ready to help! There was a last minute problem in my apartment where the AC wasn’t working and John was able to get maintenance to fix it ASAP, even after I got out of work late. The property is very clean which is a plus. Not to mention it is pet-friendly! I would defiantly recommend this apartment complex :)

Update: I wrote a review about a year ago and since then I have moved out. This place went from a fantastic experience to horrible. We (my husband and I) were so excited to finally get out of there and even moved out early. My main issues were how poorly made the apartments are and after 2 years of living there, I was able to see it more and more. Walls are very thin, materials used are cheap (kitchen and bathroom fixtures) and there were alot of issues with leaky pipes in our building which flooded the hallway and ceiling of our unit. Parking got worse, elevator was dangerous, hallways and lobby of building was dirty and there were alot of questionable people in and out that didnt seem to live there. With the attempted new upgrades they were doing to the complex, there was always so much noise which completely killed the vibe of peaceful complex that used to exist. There was some sort of virus at the dog park that was making dogs sick (many of our neighbors) so we stopped taking ours. This may have been rectified since then. For the price we paid and wasted, I have a bitter feeling left by this complex which is a shame. Give it a little time and youll see for yourselves.

I lived here for several years including the transition into their current ownership.Its generally nice to look at, that being said thats just looking at the surface. My Apartment had black mold coming through the walls as I vacated (we didnt notice the locations because they were behind large pieces of furniture). Apparently they had water pipes leaking behind certain walls in my apartment. People would leave trash all over and around the garbage rooms not bothering to properly dispose of stuff. Someone kicked in a side entrance door making it so it didnt close properly. So anybody could access the building without a key fob, i reported it several times and it took them a month to fix.My price under Avalon was reasonable as were the rent increases. However once Halstead took over that went out the window. Just a few months after they took over they tried a 12% rent increase. I manged to get them to come down to 9.5%. Luckily for me I was able to purchase a home before the next round of increases, however I got my increase letter just as I was vacating. They were trying to raise my rent from $1730 to $2080. What a bunch of scumbags. It probably has something to do with the massive amount of luxury improvements they did when they first arrived.The grounds were always nicely maintained with the exception of the Dog run which they allowed to overflow with dog poop. Dog owners also let their dogs crap everywhere, Halstead provides adequate poop bags, but people just suck.Overall Im giving it 2 stars because of the price for a what I got. I give it 1 star for the Quality of the place, but they get a bonus star because Nate lives there. Best neighbor you could ask for.

The management and office staff are super shallow. Theyll tell you what you want to hear, but its a coin toss as to whether anything gets done about it. They will also charge you to replace the carpet when they are renovating every apartment as soon as its vacated and getting rid of the carpet...nevermind that I had to trip over loose carpet on the stairs the whole time I lived there.

I have been living at Bradlee Danvers for a year. I have had nothing but positive experiences from the neighbors, to the maintenance workers to management. I recently put myself in a touch situation where I didn’t give myself a lot of time to find a new unit. I needed to get everything done in only a few days. John from the management team was able to help me figure everything out on very short notice. He extended his hours a little to fit my schedule, which was extremely helpful. I would have been screwed if I was working with almost any other property manager. All in all I have had only great experiences when working with Bradlee and their management team. That combined with their many amenities that you will not find at most places make it a very nice place to live. Thank you Bradlee Danvers and John.

The walls are thin and the cheap paint on the walls create a lot of dust. But the people who work here, especially the maintenance crew, always quick to respond and they are extremely good at their jobs and professional.

Theyll raise your rent, everything they say they offer wont work for months each year, paper thin walls..youll hear everything everyday. Get ready plenty of stress months before moving out. Your security - gone.

Theres a New Owner, rent increase, no holiday concierge. I have been trying to pick up packages for the holidays, however, no one is ever at concierge - and apparently their hours are only 9-6. As an employed person, getting there before they close concierge is impossible. The previous owners at least had holiday hours! Also VERY disappointed in the amount of dog poop - Im a dog owner who picks up after my dog, but there are many who dont - not Bradlees fault per se, but shows the type of tenants here. And Bradlee lease is very specific on what dogs are not allowed, however, I have seen half a dozen of the restricted dogs - shepherds, pit bulls, etc. I give it 3 stars because of the indoor amenities and the maintenance folks who are wonderful. Its certainly NOT for the cost.

My husband and I are well into our 2nd year living here and started out when it was Halstead Danvers. Some pros and cons... Pros.. -Attentive, responsive, friendly management and maintenance. -Clean grounds and great snow removal. Modern design for the most part and especially in the common areas. -Convenient to the highway and shopping. -Dog friendly and most dog owners clean up after theirs dogs which is a plus! -Pretty quiet for a complex this large. -Awesome amenities including the pool. Cons.. -Some neighbors are a bit of a pain. They are either complaining about something miniscoul or just rude and accuse you of things (clearly Im jaded by a particular downstairs neighbor lol) -The kid situation has gotten much better since the new management took over and they arent hanging around without parental guidance. -The package system has gotten better after ironing out some kinks. -I feel for the price our apartment could use some updating ie. there is no stainless steel, midiocre appliances, and 3 types of flooring which has always baffled me. All things we are not too bothered by and it was very clean prior to moving in. -Parking! The spots are usually always taken and unless you pay for reserved, youre screwed. I guess walking so far from your car can count as extra exercise. With all of that being said, its not a deal breaker, every complex has those neighbors to deal with and yes the walls can be thin but apartments are like that. Overall we have loved it here! We feel safe and taken care of, which is hard to find in an apartment complex. Prices are steep but everywhere in Boston area has gone up. We probably cannot afford to stay here another year but if you can afford it, go with it! I also hear that they are remodeling some of the apartments. We ignore our rude neighbors and adore the awesome ones. We admire the dog lovers atmosphere, friendly staff and faces we cross paths with.

I decided I wanted to live here based on the photos and amenities listed on the Halstead Danvers website as well as some good reviews about Bozzuto properties in general. I put in a request via the Halstead Danvers website for a tour and to get more information. Within a few minutes I got an automated email saying someone would respond shortly -- however, its now three weeks later and I still havent found out what their idea of shortly is.I tried calling the office multiple times over the course of the next two weeks. I wrote an email to their office as a follow-up to my unanswered tour request, asking that someone get back to me soon. You dont ignore that many contact attempts by oversight -- it takes real disdain to brush off a potential paying tenant when you have plenty of available apartments to fill (as I saw on their website).Generally speaking, even crappy leasing offices want to make a good impression up until they get a persons signature on the lease; after that is when the problems start coming to light. With this sort of behavior up-front, I can only imagine I dodged a bullet here.
