I was meeting a buddy across the street at 99. My buddy got a flat on the way there. We stopped into townfair and dealt with Anthony. We explained our situation and he told us he will take care of it enjoy our time at 99 and by the time we’re done it will be all set. Sure enough we come out about 71 minutes later and it’s all set! Thank you Anthony, I will return to do business with you soon for winter tires.

Knowledgeable and respectful. Bought a new set of tires here and got a nail in one 9 days later. They had no issue plugging and patching it thankfully. Appreciated the service and if for some reason I lose another tire this month, this is where Ill go.

Great place... What they quoted over the phone was the price that I paid. Upon arriving I was assisted by Anthony who was very courteous and knowledgeable. Total time I was there was about an hour and a half which was inside the time they told me I could be there for. I am new to the area so it was a pleasure dealing with an honest place.

My bridesmaid as my witness- this is a true story. Saturday the 25th of September was the best of times, and it was the worst of times. It was supposed to be the best day of my life and for all intents and purposes, it was. There was a major key player that made my day that much more possible, amidst everything trying to stop it. It was 2 pm, and I realized that one of the centerpiece items I bought for my wedding at 4 pm, didn’t come with batteries. I grabbed my numero uno, one of my bridesmaids, hopped into my car, and headed to Walmart. I noticed my tire light came on, but I’ve a slow leak before and assumed (painfully hoped) it was the same situation. When I pulled in, I held my breath and sure as I thought- it was a flat. Thank the powers at hand for Town Fair Tire, and being in the parking lot that I was doomed in. I pulled in, and immediately pled my case of being on the verge of late to my own wedding. An incredibly kind and understanding gentleman named Ed took one look at my disaster, and without hesitation, began putting my spare on. I asked for what I owe, and his response was “don’t worry about it, just write me a review”.my heart was filled with faith in humanity that day, and I came back to then buy a new tire from them. Amazing crew, with amazing hearts. If this doesn’t make you want to use this business for tires, then I don’t know what will!

Came in and a gentleman name Brian helped me right away. He recommended me to get my tires balanced and alignment. Didn’t wait a long time and another man name Pedro came around and dropped my car off and explained what he did and also checked my brakes (which was very nice) and said I should be having the shaking when I’m on the highway. Called Town Fair Tire due to having an air bubble in my tire. I called to see if they had my tire in stock and how long it would take to get my tire changed. I was connected to a very nice man named Brian. They did not have my tire in stock so he told me he can order the tire and it would come the next morning in order for me to get it changed as soon as possible. I went in the next day and got excellent service from Brian again and I could not thank them enough. I would recommend anyone to this place!

Wife went there with we thought was a nail. They wanted 190$ for a new tire because they said nail was too close to side wall. Went down the street to competitor for second opinion. It was JUST a cap bent in between treads…..cost 0$ imagine that …….NEVER AGAIN TOWN FAIR after 4 sets I’m done!!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

I had my brakes done on my 2008 Rogue by Mike and Anthony. They are amazing! The brakes and the guys! 😀 I got several quotes with one quote $1,000 more than what I spent. After three days of waiting for tire to be ordered and come into shop - I made an appointment to drop car off at 11. Was told to do so and that it would take 90 min to change tire. Came back after 90 min to find my car in same spot when I dropped it off - no apply when I complained but told it would be another 45 min. Won’t be coming back again.

I didnt like the service. I went there with a tire in mind and they offered me everything but what I was interested in buying.

I came here 15 minutes before closing to get 2 quick tires before driving to Miami and with 2 employees just sitting around this guy Rich, who seemed like a manager amongst the younger crew, turned me away and said they are closing. So Instead i called MG Mobile Tire and services LLC.

Recently had tires put on our SUV here. I walked out to the car when picking it up and immediately (like, from across the parking lot) saw that they were put on BACKWARDS. They had to take it back into the shop to fix it.I also sprung for the 4-wheel alignment. Well, now the steering wheel is completely off-center when driving straight.I thought this was a tire shop? What is it, their first time ever working on a vehicle?I asked them to refund my alignment fee so I could go get it fixed somewhere else. They said they would fix it for me, but obviously I don’t want them ever working on my car again. To their credit, they did give me a refund of the alignment fee, though they did want me to come into the store to do it. I insisted they refund me over the phone and they did.Pay the extra few bucks and go somewhere that has more experienced mechanics.

Best price on tires !!! I have 295 45 20 size tires and everywhere I looked the price per tire was outrageous but town fair had unbelievable prices. They also took less than two hours to install. All in all I highly recommend town fair no matter what brand car or size tire!

Not very happy. Go there 3 times to have a tire fixed,spend 2 hours waiting to find out tire has too many holes in it and end up spending over 200.00 for a new tire. So much for free flat tire repair. Not sure if I want to go back.

Terrible. All of my tires were fine except the one I needed fixed. It had a slow leak because of a nail. They fixed the one but later the same day one of my tires that was just fine had a flat. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! STAY AWAY!

I had a great experience here! After being told I need brakes and not being helped at another shop, Town Fair Tire was extremely friendly and helpful. They saved us a lot of money by being honest and informative about what my car actually needed. Richard is super nice and flexible, and Anthony was incredible with his service to my car - he even fixed a problem not to do with my brakes because I mentioned it!

CAVEAT EMPTOR!! The staff is very friendly and the prices are competitive but buyer beware!! I was given a quote for three different tires-high, medium and low, priced according to my budget. I opted with the middle and the tires were installed 2 hours later. It wasn’t until I got home and had time to inspect the tires that I noticed they weren’t the ones I paid for-the same brand but a different model, cheaper and more inferior! Please pay attention at checkout and make sure the invoice lists the exact model tires that you paid for. The tires that were installed were about forty dollars cheaper than what I paid for so they would’ve pocketed $200-despicable!! This is not the first time that I’d had an issue with Town Fair Tires so I don’t want to give them the benefit of the doubt. I believe they were aware of what they did. I would’ve given them one star but they did install the correct tires the following day-without a question.

This place is amazing! Fantastic customer service. Got my tires here and found that they did brakes. Anthony, the Brake specialist, was genuinely helpful and very knowledgeable about my vehicle and brakes overall. Saved me hundreds of dollars from what Audi would charge and better brake pads than Audi OEM.

Town Fair Tire had me in and out in no time. I was very comfortable the entire time and I knew that my car was in good hands. Definitely will return again soon.

They were all very helpful in ascertaining what was wrong and fixing the problem quickly and efficiently. The flat tire on my Chevy Cruze was replaced within one hour!

If your time is worth nothing you should go here. Not enough staff in Danbury location and the no appointment “ just come on in” could easily waste 2 hours of your time. Decent selection and decent prices but maybe better to get from local mechanic auto shop

Tires are fine. The mechanics/individuals who changed the tires were friendly and cordial. (If it wasnt for these factors, I would have left a 0.) Customer service staff was the worst I have come across in quite some time. (And I work in Customer Service, so I am able to empathize with their struggles, generally.)For the man who treated me like a potential threat to his establishment for merely existing and daring to ask to wait on-site while the service was performed on my car: Inform those who have appointments to have a friend be available for pick up, or in the very least, let them know that the waiting room is closed and BARRICADED with tires before they arrive. Or, just dont open during a pandemic if you are truly concerned for your safety.For the customers: Do yourself a favor - dont wait around if you dont have to. Or just find a new place, period.

Only gave two stars because the young guy the front was cool. But besides that never going back. Terrible service. When I first made my appointment to purchase tires I got there and were told the tires were not in stock. Don’t confirm an appointment if there tires aren’t in stock. So that’s one wasted trip all the way from NY. Then I go back once I eventually purchased the new tires because they were leaking, tire pressure light continuously came on. So the guy only checks on tire, disregards all the other one. Tires were still leaking so a friend recommended Mavis I went there to have them tell me that Town fair never changed my valve stems, somethings that should be don’t after changing the tires. Town fair also didn’t check my tpms sensors which were all wasted. I assumed they would do a nice inspection of everything before just slapping some tires on that and calling it a day.

Dropped off a wheel to have a screw removed, and the tire plugged. It’s been three days and they still have yet to get it done telling me “they are busy with appointments”. However, if I call back and make an “appointment” for 4 new tires and spend close to $1000 then I know I’ll surely move up on their list of priorities. This is downright unacceptable.

The employees I dealt with were polite and helpful.However, please be sure to read your receipts carefully. Im inclined to believe that because they deal in tires exclusively, they probably dont think to focus on details that their customers are encountering for the first time.For example, at the bottom of the receipt it states that the customer has been provided with the paperwork to fill out and send back to have their tires registered for warranty coverage. When I inquired about that, I was told to ignore it because Town Fair Tire does that electronically for you. Important to know if you ever have to rely on your warranty coverage.Another thing that caught me off guard was that Id purchased Hancook tires. Yet, nowhere on my paperwork was Hancook mentioned. While my tires have the Hancook name on them, the model I purchased is MADE BY HANCOOK FOR TOWN FAIR TIRE.In and of itself it doesnt really matter to me. But it makes it important to clarify with whom you have your warranty. In my case my warranty is with Town Fair Tire and not Hancook.So, be sure to read your documentation.

I already had in mind what I wanted in tires and price in mind. They did not have the ones I wanted in stock but they were still able to give me a better pair at a very similar cost. I was in and out on a Friday in a hour and a half.I was very happy and pleased with the service and especially the free lifetime tire rotation!

Andrew inspected my tire to see if they could attempt to patch the tire and within 40 minutes I was out with less than a $10 bill!! I really appreciate the honest help!! Don’t worry this place won’t automatically jump to replacing your tire(s) without seeing if repair is possible.

I stopped there after multiple warning lights came on after an alignment I had just gotten done at a different Tow Fair Tire. Everybody was efficient and redid my alignment which was completely messed up after I was supposed to have gotten one done. They got me back on the road very quickly and was able to drive back home to Massachusetts (over 120 miles) without any major issues, except for the tires which were over inflated and forced me to stop at gas station to get the tire pressure right. No issues after I readjusted my tires and I was finally able to make it home without stopping.

Excellent experience at Town Fair Tire -Danbury today. Got a full set of 4 tires and alignment, they said it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours (its a busy time of year), and they hit the 90 minutes exactly - pleasant surprise. Price was exactly what I priced out on their website over the weekend - no hidden charges.

I spent almost $2,000 on new rims. A sales rep by the name Andrew promised that they will hold the old rims for me to pick up again at any time at my convenience. A week later i contacted Andrew that i will be coming to the store to pick up my old rims, that he personally assured they will hold. When i arrived i was told the rims were accidentally thrown out. Not only was i not given any type of apology but was treated with attitude.

This Town Fair Tire is great!! I am a car guy and I found the Manager Mike to be very helpful, friendly and he gave me a great deal. He even beat Costco on the tire prices and an online warehouse I was looking at. He gave me expert advice on the tires and they had me in and out quickly. The technician who did my alignment even went over it with me. My car now drives straight thanks to my new tires and an alignment. I snuck around back and watched their tire technicians who hand torqued my wheels. I was really impressed. Thank you Mike and thank you Al for being true professionals.
