After replacing battery by him, my watch stop working!!! It was also pricey, he charged me total $165 for 2 battery replacement and one band resize. I would strongly not recommend this store!!!

We were quoted $45 for band and battery. When we returned to pay the price went up to $85 because it was a Swiss Army watch. The band price was the same but installing the battery was now $45 on its own. We told them that it was not the price discussed and they played it off. We told them to remove the new band and battery... they said they couldnt. Finally convinced them to remove the band and refund our account. Removed the band, no refund reflected on our account. We will need to go through our bank. Super disappointing, because service was quick. I really didnt appreciate the change in price after the agreed upon rate for service. Ive NEVER paid $45 for a watch battery.
