You Service Rep Todd was so efficient, precise, pleasant, courteous how could you not like Frontier. Very rarely do you find employees like Todd. He is such an asset to Frontier. He had our system up and running with no problems and he did it with a very pleasant and kind personality. He was safe as well wearing his mask at all times.

Very poor response time. Took 9 days to respond to fix a non-working phone for a senior citizen who depends on that landline phone. On a repeat call to ask for a sooner appointment, we were told we would be moved up and put on the schedule for day three. This evidently was said to placate us. They didnt show up until day nine. Very poor response. Very poor service.

Was out of service for over a week. Once a tech finally showed up, they were unprepared by customer service/dispatch to make the fix. We were told they would be back the next morning to complete the fix and nobody called or showed up for 2 days, despite our continued inquiries. My wife and I both missed 2 days of work waiting for them to return, never knowing when that would be. An absolute joke of a process, and the whole organization should be ashamed.

Terrible customer service. Isolates and alienates the customer. Even if you do get a call in a lot of the times its unhelpful. I upgraded my internet plan and am now paying $78.99 a month for such terrible and unstable internet. I couldnt get a call in because when I try to call tech support I am expected to wait for more than an hour to get a PERSON to talk to.Use a different internet service, if you can.

Terrible service. If I could give 0 star, I would. Their internet service is worse than public wi-fi hotspots. It disconnects all the time. Cant get anything done without getting disconnected. With their 1 star rating, I dont know why this company still exist. Awful experience.

This is the worst company you can imagine doing business with. 1 Gig internet speed test 86!! That is right 86. Casey customer service 6th person that has asked me to do test for her says yep that is good. The customer service is as bad as the service itself. Stay away from these folks!

After being over charged for years by Xfinity, I checked with Frontier and found that I could save $100 month for the same service. The techs were efficient and capable. Took a few hours but they handled my requirements with competence. Lets see what the future brings. I feel quite certain that all will go well

Terrible customer service. I wanted to report a broken phone line from the pole to the house. A tree dropped on it during a storm. It took over 45 minutes before I could get someone on the phone. They kept trying to fix it over the phone!. For crying out loud a simple 5 minute conversation with a human should have been all that was required. Me: Hello, Id like to report a broken phone line. Them: Whats the location? Simple right?

This place is horrible. I just had internet installed Thursday. It doesn’t work have been on the phone with 6 people they can’t figure it out. I can’t get ahold of the local place to speak with someone. The tech took 6 hours for install when I was told it would take 2 to 3. Maybe if he actually did the install instead of leave and be gone 30 minutes every hour. Now I can’t complete my licenses for work and go back to work. This place needs to be shut down or needs new ceo and management. I’m very disappointed and disgusted with this so called business.

This is legitimately the WORST SERVICE Ive ever paid for. I literally have had the service for 3 weeks and every day for at least 3 hours (broken up into segments) the service cuts out. DO NOT BUY THIS INTERNET, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE. Definitely a predatory company and I will be filing a complaint with BBB. Additionally the customer service is reflective of the shotty service as well. Will be switching to a different service provider ASAP. And Frontier, dont bother responding to this message unless you are planning to refund me for this sub par service.

AWFUL! from the service constantly going down to customer service having no idea whats going on. I cancelled my account and was charged again after! even though i was told there would be no more charges and my account was paid in full. the absolute worst. customer service refuses to help and are quick to try and send you to collections after you have disputed the unauthorized charges.

Very awful customer experience, someone I know has had their name used to open up three different accounts even though said person never even had an account with frontier, had to complain to the fraud department and they didn’t even help. The fact that some random person was able to open not one but THREE SEPERATE ACCOUNTS in someone else’s name and never was on Frontier’s radar is outrageous.

Booked an appointment to have an installation however the appointment was canceled and no one bothered calling to inform me. I took off a day off from work to be here for the installation. These people just don’t care and all this hassle even before the install.

We just needed new remotes as they broke one by one. We were on the phone getting switched back and forth for OVER 90 MINUTES and still no one can help us. Strongly urge you to look for another internet/telephone/tv provider.

Terrible company to deal with. Ive been without phone and internet for 3 days now, cant get a live person on the phone, and the Chat Representatives only tell me that there is no estimated date of restoration. Ridiculous. You know who can get my services working? Comcast Xfinity.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their service is terrible. The TV would constantly cut out,the internet is the slowest thing on the planet. We had service techs come out to repair the issues but it never worked. Then when I canceled the account and paid the last bill. They sent be a box to return their equipment with out a return label. When I finally got the return label I was hit with a fee for not returning equipment that went to collections. This was the worst company I have ever dealt with. No one should ever use them they are terrible in every way possible. I switched to Xfinity and its been a dream not one issue at all.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Avoid Frontier if you can. The service always goes down and their customer service is soooo bad. If I could give them no stars I would. I tried to disconnect my service and they told me I had to wait another month until my billing cycle was over. I moved so I won’t be at that location for another month. Horrible service. No prorated payments for end of service so don’t go a day into your last month service if you can avoid it. I was with another carrier who sold my account to them. I continued to use them until now- I should have left long ago! They also have terrible customer service people and their system goes down all the time.

Just got installed after a10 day wait, one of the TvS has frozen multiple times, all of a sudden the 1 button doesnt work on the remote, and I chatted with a know - nothing to be told that I had to wait 24-48 hours before my service works properly. Im documenting every flaw. Typical AT&T. I should have remembered that craft service of 10 years ago. Sigh.

Henry St, Bethel CT is used as a rest stop. Everyday trucks park in front of my house, and the guys just sit in them all day. This is a small dead end road, and they really get in the way. I’ve watched them day after day park under a pole and just hang out, some of them don’t even get out and make it look like they are working. Talk about milking payroll. There’s 2 trucks there now, been there almost 2 hours, no one has gotten out. What a waste. Not to mention they are right out my front door! Yesterday there were 5 trucks, alll day. If there’s no work scheduled for this particular street- they need to be on their way!!

This service is brutal. I always had Xfinity and changed to Frontier hoping to save some money. I am now willing to pay the cancellation fee to re-open my Xfinity account because Frontier is so bad. The internet is so slow, you cannot stream anything, the TV disconnects at random times, and on demand never loads. Thankfully, I am able to find a cheaper and BETTER service with Xfinity.

Absolutely the WORST company to ever deal with !!! Lack any type of customer support ! And service is shotty at best.Waited 10 days for an transfer of service install due to a move (customer for over 2 years), tech finally came out to find out he was unable to do his job. 12 TWELVE !!! Separate calls into customer service, and a total of over 3 hours on the phone and no update on the progress from their end. On one call alone I was transferred to 5 different people, spent an hour and 12 mins on hold or explaining my situation over and over to only be disconnected with no return call. One call into Comcast, picked up a modem and within 5 mins we have internet.

My father just moved into assisted living. His pacemaker needs to be connected to the phone lone. Frontier has not reconnected the setvice even when told it is a medical priority and even ehen they promised to do so. They now say they have no ability to do anything over the weekend. This is not acceptable. customers should not have to run medical risk because of Frontiers’s disfinction, lacl of concern for customers and failure to honor its commitments. Representatives are rude. A supervisor named Sam promised to call me back and never has. I think the public srrvices commission should investigate

If it were possible to give 0 stars.. I would. FRONTIER ported my phone service to another provider--- without my knowledge (OOPS-- they made a mistake).. they dont know who they ported it to, but have told me I have to call the provider and get it back!I have spent HOURS otp with various parts of FRONTIER who have no idea how to help resolve this issue they created. FRONTIER= NIGHTMARE

Terrible customer service you call and they give you information about packages and they switch you to a certain package and give you a price and then you get your bill and its a different price and you call in again and they tell you that the representative made a mistake and they will not honor the price that was given to you even though you have names of people their location and the dates and times you called
