If it was possible I would give this company 0 Stars. I called 45 minutes ago now and they told me it would be 15 to 25 minutes before they were here. No one has shown up and I tried to give them a call but they didnt pick up. Will never be using this company again and I suggest you do the same.

Zero stars -- called and ordered a cab for 8:30. Double checked that they understood. No show, no call. Called them 10 times, no answers left messages, no call backs. Terrible reliability

I would not even give this company a 1 star.Called on behalf of an elderly couple. Made clear our location. Was told 25-30 minutes. Nobody showed up. I called repeatedly 8 more times after that 30 minutes, NO ANSWER! Meanwhile this elderly couple are waiting.... next thing I know... this poor couple are hobbling down route 7. I would have givin them a ride myself in a heartbeat if I wasnt working.NEVER EVER AGAIN. NOT RECOMMENDED!I hope those poor people get home safely.

Called the day before to ask about ride scheduling, called back the next day and the guy hung up on me and then wouldnt answer. was left high and dry without a ride.

Worst ever i called at first the dispatcher was friendly but no taxi showed up!! I tried calling back and noone answered! I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy!

What a loser this guy is, dont bother calling. Called today (ignoring prior reviews) and he said a cab would be at my house at 12:30 - no show. I called at 12:45 asking where he was & whoever answered the phone said Oh hes not there yet? Ill call you right back. No call back & now calls are going to voicemail.
