I called and spoke to Carl, The owner, a Veteran of our armed services. He was nice on the phone and we set a day and time for delivery. He asked to call and confirm that morning which I did, and I went on Google and read the reviews and became nervous. I called back and spoke with owner, he assured me he had no idea of the negative reviews, but since he was a veteran and based upon our conversation I decided to have the soil delivered, and my $30/yd topsoil was delivered that morning. Professional delivery, pleasant conversation when he came and good screened topsoild. I rarely leave reviews but since my experience was good and a far contrast from what was posted, I felt obligated to leave this review for one of our retired serviceman.

Why didnt I read the reviews before calling this thief !?!? I had no idea he had such a bad reputation. What he poured into my driveway cannot be considered topsoil by any standard or definition. I have to pay someone now to come remove 8 yards of rocks and clay from my property.

If google would allow me to give a negative 5 star review then I certainly would, but it only allows a 1 star as lowest. Do not trust this guy, he is a dishonest hustler. I needed topsoil to landscape around my commercial property in Danbury. I ordered the minimum 8yards for $400. He showed up with a truck of mud. Yes it had been raining and I was more concerned with the load looking far less then 8yards then whether it was actually acceptable topsoil. A couple days later as it began to dry I realized that he completing screwed me over. Its the worst looking soil me or anybody I know has seen. In no way could it qualify as topsoil. Its grey dusty dirt with massive amounts of grey clay. Nothing will grow in it. He refused to make things right. Now I got to pay someone to remove this useless dirt from my property. If anybody wants to see what he sold me, feel free to stop by 172 Osborne street, Danbury CT. Its no wonder Danbury topsoil lost its property to the bank. He is not a businessman. He is a criminal with a dump truck.

Bad soil delivered as top soil. Clay, full of rocks (some big), delivered after a week of rain, couldn’t see the quality of soil.

The poorest quality dirt i have ever seen. Do not waste your money.

He knew i am a single mom on a limited budget and he still ripped me off. He sold me a truck load of useless dirt that nothing will grow in.

Poor top soil and charged more than the price agreed to on the phone. Don’t buy the old timer routine. This guy is a swindler.

This guy should be shut down. He does not sell topsoil. He sells mostly rocks mixed with clay.
