If you’re able to go to another WIC office do it. Today I was told that it’s a supplemental office and there should be other means of feeding my kids . Save yourself a headache the attitudes are ridiculous especially Jessica the nutritionist who lacks compassion for others when they’re asking questions and trying to make sense of the information provided. Many people are struggling right now with the situation at hand and this office is definitely not one to understand instead they offend you and don’t care. Take it somewhere else.

My experience at the wic office was great. The staff was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The young lady that worked with me was great.

This office has gotten worse with having unprofessional staff since I started with them. U can never get an appointment before 30 days. They always have excuses and are very rude to people on the phone. They hang on up on. Put u on hold and it hangs up as well. They never answer the phone. U have to call 10 times before an answer. This place is to crowed with people that its ridiculous.

Enviorment was loud, didnt seem organized, very small and I left n called to make appointment and not very nice on phone either I used to go to valley one much nicer. And no parking here either ugh!

The people who work there are rude! Very unprofessional!

Understaffed and shows in some if the workers attitude and demeanor. I appreciate the help though and they try the best they can.
