I just want to say James gave the most and confident service to myself and granddaughter. We had 4 upgrades and even though he thought it was going to take a long time to do, James did it with courtesy and knowledgeable . It happened to take a lot less time than he thought to do all 4 cell phones .. I also would like to add Josh came and helped was the end to put all the devices to transfer data.Thank you.

We went to the store today 09/05/21 and the Gentlemen that work at the place was very derespectfull to me and my wife.He didnt show any enterest in help us with our needs.Also he went On my profile account and made changes without my authorization.I will be reporting them to the consumers Protection in Hartford.I DO NOT RECOMEND NO ONE TO GO THIS STORE ITS FRAUD, SCAM.

Darnell has to be the most patient human being ever. There was a problem on our account that a representative from another store must have seen and tossed us away . When we got to Darnells store, he and Alice took every bit of time and effort to help us. It took hours but they went above and beyond. Darnell with the execution and Alice occupying the kids and helping. We appreciate these humans immensely. I wanted to hug them when we left!

I came into T-Mobile on the first floor with a friend who was getting an upgrade. Brian the Retail Associate Manager not only helped my friend but offered to check my account to see if I was entitled to any upgrades. Brian was able to get me a new Sim Card for my phone as I had just moved out here from across the country. I could have asked for a better customer service expierence here at T-Mobile.

So, I feel bad for not giving a survey before a while back and kept pushing back on the review, I came to get my phone swapped and stayed until closing activating the new phone and another phone that I got on my contract. These guys took their time and went the long mile for me helping me activate the phone and second phone as well, which was a little longer but I appreciated everything they did. Came to this location after a bad experience with uninterested staff at the Brookfield store. So I went to the Sprint/TMobile store at the Danbury Mall out of frustration. Not only was the entire staff smiling, they greeted me right away and rep Javier stepped up to help. He listened to everything I had to say and even though he couldnt solve the issue right there, he at least gave me options on how to get assistance from the manufacturer and Sprint corporate (or now TMobile). THAT is how customer service works!! Kudos to Javier and the entire staff at the Danbury Mall Sprint/TMobile store!

The store was very nice set and the girl and the assistant manager were very friendly and very helpful and they explain everything very professional and help me to get a cheaper bill with no hidden fees, that work very well together and the assistant manager was always making sure everything was done as he explained to make sure I was getting the price he said a was getting, I will recommend that store to all my friends and family cud’s I have been on others springs stores and this on in the Danbury mall was a very good experience

Really great experience. Whole staff including Darnell, Zeshan, and Javier was great! I upgraded 5 lines, got a free tablet and now pay less that i did for the prior 18 months. Plus they stayed almost 2 hrs past closing time. Unbelievable 👍👍
