I have been working with smith services for a number of years he single handily built my online business I was only offline before this. They are a one stop shop for amazon or your own store!

If no stars were an option here, it would be my choice. Therefore a 1 Star is what I have to choose. I unfortunately made the mistake of hiring this company for my IT and marketing and media related needs. The owners name is Edmund Smith (goes by Eddie). At first, I was extremely impressed with this young mans energy and enthusiasm. He convinced me that he would be the best for the tasks I needed completed. When things with my project started to go sideways. He then decided to bring in a partner by the name of Alex Bergen. Thats when things really started to go even further in the direction of bad to worse as they say. These two are a very cunning and savvy duo to say the least. When I tried to hold them to performing and told them to fix all of the issues, this next bit of madness ensues. I had already put up a sizeable retainer/deposit for the work to get started. These guys actually had the audacity to tell me that more money would be needed to fix the issues and problems that they in fact caused. When I told them that no more money and the remaining money would not be paid until the problems were fixed and the job was completed, they then sabotaged my whole network and made it nearly impossible for me to continue to conduct my work that I needed to do on a daily basis. They would not provide me with passwords that they had changed making impossible for me to get into my accounts to include EBay and PayPal accounts. This was of serious concern to me so I then contacted any and all of my accounts I considered to be sensitive and had them restrict them. Later and after a little backround research, it turns out that Mr. Smiths partner Alex Bergen (silent partner) And I now understand why, was involved in a Ponzi scheme where he bilked nearly 300k from investors. All of which came from Mr. Smith. This can be easily found simply by googling the topic. Mr. Bergen is now out and up to his old tricks and using Mr. Smith as a front. I would strongly advise those who encounter either one of these individuals to steer clear of them and Smith Services.

Smith Services came through for us in time of need! Civil Imports needed a logo asap and voila, it was done. Would do business again.
