Team arrives on time, they are really good and complete the gutter cleaning timely and explain to me any question I have. Once I called to pay the bill, the person pickup the phone was very nice and explained any questions I had in more detail. You treat customers as family, which is extremely rare. I will recommend this company to all my friends.We had a heavy rain today and it looks like every single drop went through the gutter properly, which used to overflow in many different places before. This has been my first time hiring Ned Stevens to clean my gutters and I am glad I did. I just have to say they have done an outstanding job. I have to deal with a lot of leaves and catkins every year so my gutters get full quick, but Ned Stevens did such a thorough job of cleaning them out while also paying special attention of cleaning up the mess on the ground afterwards. They were so incredibly thorough spending hours cleaning the entire exterior of the house. We had green moss growing on one side of the house and they scrubbed it clean and the cleaned the entire exterior and windows. Definitely on the higher end price wise but easily the best quality work product.

I have a tall, two story house plus attic. Ned Stevens team came within a week of my first call, easily got to the hard to reach areas, and finished quickly. The on-site team helpfully pointed out that my gutters had lost their pitch (angle to allow water flow) and had a few leaks at the joints that damaging the external wood. Theyll be back next week to fix this too. Price was competitive. Interaction-wise, they were very polite and I appreciate them wearing masks due to COVID

Ive been using Ned Stevens for a few years now, and their service is always excellent!

I called Ned Stevens to arrange an appointment to have the gutters of my house cleaned and the windows washed. Two men arrived the morning I expected them and began working at once. I pointed out the skylight windows of the screened in porch which did not phase them at all, although it looked like it might be a problem to me! The two men worked efficiently and separately, independent of each other, doing an excellent job. Watching the leaves falling now as autumn arrives, I am glad I have booked them to return at the end of November to clean the gutters before the winter arrives.

The crew who cleaned my gutters did a very nice job. They bagged all the leaves that they cleaned out (plus some of the leaves that were already on the ground) and they placed the bags on the curbside. They did a SUPER CLEAN job! I would recommend this crew to anybody!

Have used repeatedly and am scheduled again for next year. They are on time, neat, clean, and perform the service with professionalism. I have found their pricing to be competitive and consistent. Would highly recommend for their services.

Generally they do a fine job, but very pricey. I signed up for their full seasonal visits. They were timely on the visits, but in the end my home really only need two visits for the year. I had them add five downspouts wired filter for $12.00 each. The same filter at Home Depot cost $3.75 each...pricey option. Also the crew that came to the home spoke little English, I had a hard time communicating with them. I did not renew my agreement for 2020, found a less expensive service.

We’ve been using them to clean our gutters for a year now. Very pleased with their work and how respectful they are of our home and property. They clean up after themselves. We just had them power wash our house this week and it looks great. They were packing up when they noticed a spot they had missed, so they came back and made sure that spot was cleaned well too. They had us inspect the work to make sure we were happy with it...and we are!

We were especially please with the team that cleaner our gutters in early December 2019. The two workers did an especially thorough job. They walked all over the roof and used the hose to clean some very dirty gutters. They also did a great job cleaning up all the debris that came off the roof and out of the gutters. This is our third time using Ned Stevens and this team was definitely the best!

I can’t believe we waited this long to get your help. We used a local private vendor and he would take forever and then add on service fees and leave his cigar butts on our property and he was opinionated and sort of a character. He did a good job, but you all are so much more professional. The crew that came to clean my dryer vent were absolutely great. They showed me the amount of lint they pulled out and completely cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Great experience.

They always do a great job. 2 story colonial for a very reasonable price. Don’t have to be home for them to come and do the job and they leave a notice on your door to let you know they have completed the job. Used them several years in a row and will continue to use them in the future.

This is second time weve used service to remove leaves and debris from our gutters.Called first time in spring 2019 and then in November. Great job both times.They clean up the leaves and deposit them in a bag and haul it away! Cant ask for more than that.

The gutter service is great. They can do the service without you being home. They do a complete cleaning and run water down the gutters to ensure that the drains are working correctly. A notification of service and status of gutter system is placed on door knob after service is complete.

I will continue using this company. 12/14 - I am on contract to have my gutters cleaned twice a year. They have yet to do the fall cleaning despite my having called them three times in October. Am I upset? You bet I amMy gutters are full, the weather has turned and I have not heard from Ned Stevens.

Im sorry that I cant compare value since Ned Stevens is the only gutter cleaning service I have used. I had all but given up on their cleaning my gutters this fall even though they posted the payment after I called. This SUNDAY morning I came back from being out and saw two trash bags by the road and wondered who was so brazen as to leave them at the end of my driveway. Closer inspection showed that they were bags of gutter debris. I was thrilled that the gutters got cleaned before any build-up had started from winter ice storms! I dont know if they used the outside faucets like they usually do because the foam insulating covers were exactly as I had placed them earlier in the month. Very neat work and, if not for the bags at the driveway end, I wouldnt have known they were here. I called them the Ninja gutter cleaners! I found them on Angies List and they certainly deserve to be there!

I have had the pleasure of having Ned Stevens do my Fall and Spring cleanups for many years and have always received excellent service.

If I could give Zero Stars I would. Absolute worst customer service imaginable. Job was booked in November and in January they call me and tell me they cant do it despite the fact that I had 3 previous phone calls with them since November promising me it would be done in late November/early December.

Great service, we have had Ned Stevens annual gutter cleaning and gutter protection plans and some additional one-time services for 12 years now and never had any issues.

After reading some of the reviews, I was nervous about having Ned Stevens clean my gutters. They did a nice job with the cleaning and left my home and yard clean and neat. I would hire them again. It was a good experience.

Hired them to clean my gutters. they suggested removing the gutter guard. ended up destroying shingles, leaving a mess with rusty nails in the driveway and debris on the grass. When I asked them to fix the problem they required purchase of new service. When I insisted the customer service representative became defensive and said he will send some one but he doesnt have time for me now. And ofcourse never heard from him againThis is a nightmare not gutter service

I got two quotes to clean the gutters on my house. Ned Stevens quote was less than half of what the other guy quoted, and they said they could come twice as fast. I was willing to pay more, actually, but speed was important to me, so I scheduled with Ned Stevens. To my surprise, they charged my card IN FULL on the day that I made the appointment. I have NEVER had a contractor charge me in full before completing the work. That is insane. Its always a deposit system. I wasnt told I would be charged in full. It then took them almost three weeks to show up. I of course would have cancelled the service, after a week of waiting. But since they had already charged me, I was afraid to cancel and get stuck with the bill. When they did finally show up, they cam on a Saturday. The two young men who cleaned the gutters didnt speak a WORD of English. And while I am bilingual, I dont speak Spanish, so I couldnt ask them or tell them anything. They left and checked a box on their door tag, which indicated that I should call the office, because they had identified a problem. I called, and the phone guy said that one of my gutters was pitched incorrectly. Which one? Oh, the one over the door. Which door? Oh, the front door. Which front door? Theres one at the north side and one at the south side. They couldnt say. I did stand outside and look at all the gutters. I see no pitch issues whatsoever. What I DO see, is that there is a gutter that is STILL CLOGGED, is filthy, is DRIPPING. Its dripping right next to the downspout, so its NOT a pitch issue. It simply wasnt cleaned properly. Also, doesnt cleaning someones gutter involve a quick wipe-down of the front surface? I mean, really people. Charge like $3 more and do it right.These people are basically an internet scam, hiring people who probably dont have papers, so they can pay them nothing, and steal business from decent contractors who would do a decent job.

These people give sleazy used car salesmen a bad name. Aside from badgering me to accept extra services when I called (which I turned down), they wouldnt give me a time or even a date as to when they would show up. I explained clearly that I had gutter guards and that moss was growing in them. When the guys showed up, they said they had to remove the gutter guards (extra charge), then they had to put new ones in (another extra charge). No thanks.
