The gave us a quote and picked up our products from the warehouse. They then kept the product hostage and asked for more money that we all initially agreed too (triple the amount). We had no choice to pay and they delivered a week late.

I used these guys and will NEVER use them again. They never provided the shipper my number to confirm delivery so the shipment sat for days as I paid my crew for 5 days waiting on tile we needed. Every time I called they said it will be delivered that day but never did. Do not use!!The story continues as the shipment go even more delayed and they wanted 2x more money as they weight was wrong. Their carrier picked up the shipment and after it it hit their warehouse they demanded more money. Shouldn’t they NOT pick it up in the first place if the weight was the issue? After I left the review then Managment started calling me. I finally got the product over a week late and here comes the cherry on top 1/3 of the product was damaged.

Cabil did a wonderful job for us. He worked tirelessly to find us a truck on short notice on a Friday afternoon for a weekend pick up and haul.Cabil kept us posted throughout the weekend and early on Monday morning which helped us communicate with our customer effectively. Freight Run has gone the extra mile for me. I read an article of theirs on the web about disputing Freight claims. I really didnt expect a response but I was in such a bind with a Freight overcharge I decided to send them an email and ask for help. They were AMAZING!!!! Thank you so much for all the help. We dont require courier services beyond FedEx Ground or UPS very often, however; when we needed to ship a 65 display back to the manufacturer, we got little information and the prices quoted ranged from just below to more than double the cost of the display itself. We came across FreightRun in a Google search and within fifteen minutes on the phone, we had an account set up and the most reasonable quote yet...and then the agent went above and beyond by lowering the quote even more and in the end, it cost us about 250 to ship from South Florida to California.My company is in agreement that we will use FreightRun for all our large parcel shipments in the future. Highly recommended for small/independent businesses.

Really enjoyed doing business with them - note you should look at the Carrier Reviews which are super helpful and it is best to book a highly recommended carrier, Freight Run gives you all kinds of LTL common carrier options but also you can ask for a direct truck if you email them or call. Anyway, I got great service at a great price

One thing i dont understand from these brokers is why do they tell you a price and tell you they already have a carrier ready to pick up your shipmentand they start looking for a carrier after you pay them. 3 days after tell you they could not get a carrier.

FreightRun is straight forward and honest. They simply state your options and recommend an action at a good price. They follow through, saving us time and money.
