Selina has always accommodated our requests with ease and timeliness. We have worked with them in smaller homes weve moved out of, and in larger ones with multiple buildings. Their team is meticulous, friendly, kind and thorough. There is no one else out there like them.

I have allergies so I can only use special products, they were able to learn my special needs and accommodate. You can ask them to do special deep cleaning projects like ovens or tile too. Just be very specific with what you need and they will accommodate. They even came back to fix an issue that wasnt resolved once too.

They did a nice job cleaning.BUT they quoted us a rate of $35/hour saying they would bring two people. After they cleaned, they said they wanted $70/hour.

My first initial meeting was Oswaldo was what I thought was good. He provided a price for the first cleaning and a pricing for the continuous monthly services. His crew came for the first cleaning which we expected them to give the house a good clean. They left areas dirty and I had to ask them to clean places which you would think they would do.After they left I contacted Oswaldo and asked if they can use our cleaning products the next time with thinking that may help. He never responded!!!! So basically they stole our money for the first cleaning and did a terrible job. If I could post photos I would show !Complete scam they pulled on us!
