Started with a Group Interview. I was one-hour late because I did not calculate for the time zone difference. The CEO not only let me in an hour late, but allowed me to come the next day for the interview.I was not a fan of Group Interviews, but was very impressed by the professionalism and training...yes TRAINING...during the interview itself. I was accepted for the second round of Group interviews. It was again, more of a training session for us than an interview, but we were being interviewed during the process! It was an amazing process. The final interview was one-on-one with the CEO. Again, not only was I being interviewed for a position, but I was being trained. Thats unheard of to me! Most interviewers are there to weed out the bad, not train to find the good.Even if I had not been selected to work at The Art of Admissions, I would walk away with free interview training that is priceless!Having worked at the Art of Admissions now for almost a year, I have found a place that cares and helps make me a better communicator. My improved communication skills have made my work and personal life much better.The Art of Admissions is all about TRAINING. It starts on day 1 and continues daily. There is a significant investment in the people working here. The absolute best place I have ever worked!

The Art of Admissions was the very first company to get back with me in the midst of the dreaded job hunt! I think everyones been through it before, hundreds of tabs open and lists upon lists of potential jobs...with slow wait times and little to no feedback!When I was first asked to interview, I was really nervous. It was my first work interview in awhile since I had been out of work since losing my job during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, I very quickly learned that there was no reason to be nervous.Everyone within the company, from the team members to the CEO himself (who personally takes the time to do the final interview), is extremely warm, welcoming, and helpful.The atmosphere is always a positive one for me while working here, and it radiates even beyond the computer screen as I work remotely. Training, constructive criticism, and encouraging growth for each and every individual are at the heart of the company. There is no doubt about it!While we work to call to change the lives of prospective students -- or explorers as we like to call them -- we change our own lives through the tremendous growth and skills this job provides to its employees.Professionalism, communication skills, and just overall increased self-esteem, competence, and confidence are just a few of the things I truly feel I have grown in since starting my position and I genuinely feel that this job will continue to change me and allow me to grow.

Amazing staff! Highly trained professionals! And a really top-notch service!

Horrible organization to interview for. Showed up early for a zoom meeting and the CEO was late. While waiting for meeting to start see a message that I have been removed from meeting. Log back in figuring its a technical issue with Zoom, and when entering the meeting CEO says Youre out of the running, show up on time. So they will be late to your meeting, and then claim you are the issue. If this is how they are in the hiring process, can only imagine how callous and toxic the work environment is as an official employee.

Friendly, professional, and inspiring are all words I would use to describe this company!

I have never worked with a more encouraging, kind, professional, and positive group of people than this team at The Art of Admissions. From the employees, to the managers, to the owner himself. Every day we are encouraged to be a better version of ourselves than we were the day before. The things we learn and the training we receive on a daily basis isnt something just to use while at work.
