Runs like well oiled machine. Each person helping the next. Cut was good too. Even use fresh blades to trim edges.

Ive been to this barber shop a few times this year..they all have their own special way of shining. The one thing they all share is an attentiveness to their craft! All ages welcome.. the shop is clean, and there is ample space to wait if need be..a well run establishment.

Always get my haircuts here and never had issues. Best place

I went to Cut City at their new location yesterday for a haircut; it was recommended to me by a friend of a friend. The new location is NOT the location that shows up on YELP or Google. They moved to the building that shares a parking lot with ELMERS DINER - basically across the street from ShopRite. It was a little confusing but you cant miss the huge flags and signs that say barber shop and grand-opening and etc. The Parking Lot is pretty big and I easily found a spot.I was greeted at the door by a young man who showed me to a seat and asked me to wait. I didnt make an appointment and had about a 5 minute wait for one of the barbers to take me. The atmosphere is very cool. Theres a stylish, open waiting area as well as a lounge / game room with a pool table and video games that overlooks a waterfall. They encourage you to relax and hang out while youre waiting for your barber.The barber who cut my hair was Vinny and he was amazing! Absolutely meticulous with the straight-razor. He did both my head and my beard and Im THRILLED with the results! I cant recommend Cut City and Vinny highly enough!

Service is great. They take their time and ensure your cut is to your liking. Very professional and respectful. I find it better to make an appointment so as to have to wait. Usually get seen right on time if you make an appointment. Will go back.

I decided to try this barbershop since it is so close and so cheap, and I am so glad I did. For $15, I got the best haircut ever.I have received so many compliments over the style. It is so simple and elegant, every strand falls right into place on its own without having to be coaxed or styled. Now I can just wash and go and still look great. I spent $90 a few months back at a fancy salon in Stamford and that cut was way too high-maintenance and never looked as good as the one I got at Cut City.Awesome quality and service, nice people, and the shop is so hip it looks like something you would find in NYC or Brooklyn. I will definitely be going back and have recommended Cut City to my husband and all our friends. So glad I found this local gem :)

Better cuts than most barbershops in CT but had one issue which will be the reason I most likely wont be returning. Went as a walk in for me and my son and was told 5 minutes. Waited 25 minutes and they finally called me for my son. 45 minutes later my son was done and I was expecting to have my cut next but couldnt get a cut because someone with an appointment showed up for that barber. If I would have know this i would have got a cut while my son was getting his. Now currently at Elians Barber and they take anyone any time.

They were pretty great. I was happy with my hair cut. Note they only did a hair cut as I can groom my own beard. Overall great atmosphere and friendly staff.

I have been a customer at Cut City for years. And they strive to make everyone welcome and with a very uplifting atmosphere. Haven’t had any inconvenience or haven’t seen any other customer that has had a problem. But rather seen other people come in to fix their haircut from other places. Cut City is unique, and would highly recommend you get your next haircut there as well. Would give them more stars if possible.

I always go in and they are happy to see me. I come out with a very neat haircut that is exactly what I want.

Overall they give awesome haircuts.The only thing is that you should request an appointment because of you go as a walking you will be waiting for a long time.Pick one of the barbers and stick with him to make appointments.Otherwise a great place, the best in the area for haircuts.

The guy told me that it was going to take 25 min. About a hour later, a family gave up waiting and the same guy went after them outside and get them a chair. They got there at least 30 min after me with no appointment, like me. I understand they were busy, but i dont like to be played like that. Not coming back.

Vintage styled shop, very active and full of life, I have been going to Jonathan since he was in the previous location and him along with everyone else have kept a good work! Come here if you’re looking for blurry fades and crisp line ups.

They are good barbers and do a nice job, but they should consider when they book and appointment and not make someone wait 45 min after there appointment. Not good with time they take too long. Not good

My husband enjoys this barber shop but the last 2 times has made him decide not to go anymore. He has had appointments for 9AM, the time the shop opens, and after waiting in his car both times for 20-30 min no one has showed up on time. Not fair to your customers.

Was okay. Kid that did my husbands hair was new. Didnt cut his hair right. Was there over an hour and also did more than what was asked for. Expensive hair cut especially since my husband was basically the so called tester Next time you have a newbie cutting hair dont charge so much. And dont sit customers by the freezing cold door that was being opened and closed the entire time.

I dont appreciate the barber wore gloves to cut my hair. Why? I can appreciate your culture.

This place really sucks they mess up peoples hairlines also they messed up my hair cut I asked for a low fade and there was more hair on the left then the right. Also they made my hairline slant which really got me mad. I would never recommend this to anyone because they will mess you up. Also if you left that place with a messed up cut u will be a laughingstock. I Recommend the barbershop in Waterbury Spice.But first install the app the cut and book an appointment.
