I was told to get a tire from them to replace a tire with a hole in it. They overcharged me and when I brought it to be put on my car, the manager said it was worse than the one they took off! Dont trust them.**To your response to me, I definitely do not have the wrong place.

Very easy to work with. Went down late in the day around 4pm to ask about getting my car picked up from a gas station. They went same day to pick it up when the other junk yards said they could take it sometime in the next two days. They offered an amount in the same ballpark as the other places I called and even let me take a couple things out of it once they got it back to their shop. I would definitely work with them again if the unfortunate circumstance arises that I need their services.

Definitely did not get the value for the metal I gave them. I used them out of convenience. I usually use lajoie in Norwalk which would have paid around 40 to 50 dollars. Here I got 6 dollars. Well I learned and will drive to Norwalk when I have scrap metal. They were nice enough and courtesy but 6 dollars for a trunk full of aluminum they called steel. Yea I got ripped off. Live and learn I guess

Their service was great, said they would come in about an hour....and they did......and also received a very fare amount for hauling it away as junk. I would use Dell again, thanks

I asked the man to look at my 1999 Subaru legacy turd he looked made me an offer and they picked it up within 90 minutes. I had to clean it out or they would have picked it up earlier. The flatbed operator filled out the paperwork and was professional and Sianara Subaru! So much better than lajoies!!!!!

Thieves, Took a 2005 van, tires 20 percent worn, and gave me 50.00 in scrap and hauled away.You be the judge, I wasnt there, they saw my wife and the rest is as described. again you be the judge but I will never grace them with my business again.

Its always a pleasure to deal with Dells. They have the highest prices for scrap in the Danbury area and pick up scrap cars usually in a day.

When the shop doesnt have a fee table, and asks you What are you looking to get (for a car)? That should raise all the red flags. These people are unprofessional, and will try to rip you off. Stay away.

Just received 3 dollars for at least 200 lbs of electric motors which are supposed to be at 10 cents a pound. Not even close. No way.
