I dropped my Honda off on a Tuesday night. They said it would be fixed by Wednesday afternoon. I called Wednesday they said there was an emergency and they couldn’t get to it and to come back Thursday. I got there Thursday after noon and my car was still sitting in the bay and the sloppy, dirty dark haired guy was sitting in a back room drinking something. He came out complaining his back hurt and looked a little drunk or like he was on pills. He was nice but full of excuses... I would not recommend.
Do not go here. After over a week of me calling about the status of my car this man continued to lie about what he had done to it. After his stories not adding up I went to go pick it up in person to bring it somewhere else. When I got there he yelled at me for wanting to take the car and tried to overcharge me $300 for labor that was never done. On top of this he threw my credit card and continued to disrespect me. Extremely Unprofessional.
Nice guys, completely disorganized, lost my contact info 4 times - charged me $350 labor for 6 weeks in the shop??? it doesnt compute - didnt finish the work but after 6 weeks, I took my car back.
Very knowledgeable and very helpful. I will go back next time I need something for sure.
Beyond unprofessional! I was treated with such disrespect and received an attitude. I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone!
I brought the alternator out of my 2004 Dodge Ram diesel to All Tech because I did not want a cheap Chinese replacement from one of the auto parts stores. The did a fantastic job of rebuilding it. It looked amazing when I got it back. They even took the time to press the bushings out for easy reinstallation. And they did it all for $125. Amazing! Be sure to speak with Joe. Hes the best.
Great bunch of Good ol boys. Hard to find a electric motor repair tech anymore. Thanks alot All Tech. Evan Prosio-BMW
All tech was the biggest headache weve ever had in dealing with a car. My husbands car kept blowing a fuse repeatedly so we thought it might need some electrical work. We took it to all tech, they kept the car for a whole week before even looking into the problem. Then when they started to do work they kept complaining about how much work it was and how much the car needed done. They refused to look into the fuse and insisted it needed a full on tune up. After a week and a half they finally called my husband to say the car was done and took $750 over the phone because he wouldnt be able to get there before they closed that night. After processing the payment they called him back and said they needed to keep it longer because it still needed some work. Finally after 2 weeks they claimed to be done. When my husband went to pick up the car, it did NOT start! We towed it to another mechanic, they couldnt believe an actual mechanic worked on the car. Within two hours they had the car running. They found that all the wires to the starter coil were switched around and the spark plugs were fouled with gasoline. (How does a electrical specialist mess up wiring?!?) I believe they did it on purpose so we would spend more money on them. The second garage recommended that we get our money back. When my husband went back he said he could tell they were expecting him. They gave him the money we spent at the second garage, no gives you money back if theyre not guilty. Do not waste your time or give them any business.
Helped big time turning around a job very quickly for us.
I would not do business with ALLTECH EVER AGAIN! After spending nearly $5000 and having nothing but problems dealing with the old man running this business. It’s his way or the highway approach to everything. He’s rude, condescending and grouchy. His shop performed a Drum to Disc brake conversion on a 1976 Jeep CJ.Brake Job $3600Tachometer installs 2X $800In the process they installed rear end incorrectly causing rear bearings to lock up nearly killing my son going off the road! Then shortly after storing Jeep over the Winter for 3 months no brake pedal. You would think after spending 5K this idiot would look into the matter to help solve the issue. Nope! Mr. Bill would not warranty anything. Nothing. A simple Brake bleed would have probably fixed the issue.Owner has earned a visit to Small Claims CourtLet him tell a judge about his incompetent work.
Tried to over charge, mechanic was hammered, do not use.
I had an alternator that was causing me problems and I took it in went to lunch and two hours later I walked out with a guaranteed alternator for a great price.
All tech auto electrical in danbury ct is the biggest rip off for starters the owner name is bill he is an senial elderly old man that should not be working and should retire, for instance when we would he would not know whats going on with the job he would refer us to his mechanic that wasnt much better the mechanic he was equipped and knowledgeable and was not able to after a week and a half the guys claim they specialize in electrical meanwhile when we picked up our tow truck that went in for the light bar not working, they cut up the harness, left junction boxes and wires exposed, the owner demanded cash, after arguing with him for two hours i called the police for proper documentation and the owner went from 1500 - 1700$ because of poor workmanship and not being a problem solver the vehicle came out of their shop with more problems then it went in with, we will pursue them, to the fullest extent.Had to bring truck to manufacturer to be completely re wired, they ruined my truck and cant recall a single thing they did.
So I brought my car here a 2004 dodge Durango because I was having electrical issues. Unfortunately they were not able to find the problem with the car because as always it never does it when u bring it to a shop.. but they did say that if it happens again to just come back and they will put what I paid for them to look at it towards fixing it or looking at it again... Will definitely come here again if my car acts up...
Its nice to find a shop where they can actually fix something. The shop is old school and looks a bit intimidating as it mostly deals with truck and heavy equipment electricals. But I dont think they go home on Saturday or Sunday which is perfect for a home gamer like me. I suspected that the alternator on my vintage race car had failed. I brought it in on Saturday. They tested it on the spot and confirmed the failure. Joe Fiore, the shop manager, had it fixed within a few days and I picked up the following Sunday. Ill definitely use them again if the need arises.
Horrible service, horrible work. These people are RIPOFFS! I took my truck for rear break lights, maker lights, signal lights and backup lights and came out with a $2,500 Bill. They said they only accepted cash and IF I didnt paid, they would take my truck! THESE people are dishonest and they have bad reputation. I wish I had known before going to them. I need my truck to work, THEY FORCED ME TO PAY BY THREATENING to take my truck. ALL TECH Auto/Truck Electric TOOK ADVANTAGE, DONT Trust them!
Well respected family owned business
